Appalling service.
We completed on purchasing freehold of our BTL property with several apartments in September 2025,
(Ihave already written on here).
Fexco has been impossible to deal with. Nothing has been signed off - constant emails from our managing agent go without reply.
They owe us money, but nothing gets finalised due to lack of response. We are now having to resort to external bodies to sort this out.
I don't know how anyone can deal with this company, its dreadful.
