Beware, this site is a scam. THEY DON’T PAY WITHDRAWALS.

I won more than 7000 euro and I was stopped by saying can withdraw only 800 euro. Even that withdrawal didn't process for days. Cashback is a scam. What they said was never given. Using all dirty tricks to earn money. Total scam n should avoid.

Minęły 3 dni robocze, a wnioski o wypłatę nie zostały jeszcze przetworzone, więc oczywiście pieniędzy nie mam na koncie.
Nie polecam, kontakt z supportem bardzo słaby.

Ti attirano con promozioni che ti mandano ovunque ..e poi non ti danno neanche 3euro.di bonus nonostante abbia rispettato tutte le condizioni..mi è successo 8 volte su 8. Non danno mai bonus e la cosa più squallida e che prima in chat quando chiedi ti dicono che hai diritto al bonus se depositi e giochi e dopo che giochi negano sempre senza dare motivazioni. Non meritano neanche insulti da quanto fanno schifo.

There seems to be serious issues internally at Fezbet with zero communication between the various departments. I recently deposited funds in Fezbet on my Visa and placed a sports bet. I won and withdrew the full amount back to Visa on Feb 5th. Similar to other peoples experience on Fezbet, my withdrawal was cancelled by the Fezbet Finance team after 3 days with no explanation why? I decided to reach out to the online chat to confirm why this cancellation occurred. After waiting nearly an hour for a response, Im told the payment was declined on the providers side? The agent told me to withdraw again to my visa and they will ensure it's successfully received on my Visa. Again, this withdrawal was cancelled 4 days later by Fezbet. So I follow up with the online chat to confirm why it's being cancelled a second time. I'm informed after waiting an age for a response from the online chat, it's an update on the service providers side and I need to process another withdrawal again to my Visa. Obviously, Im sceptical at this stage to process another withdrawal considering its been rejected by Fezbet twice already so I ask what the update is at the service providers side so I can try to address it. The online rep advises they don't know as only the Finance team would have that info? So I ask the online rep to request the info from the Finance team? I'm informed by the online rep that they don't communicate with the Finance team? At this point, Im frustrated by the lack of clarity to date from Fezbet. I ask the online rep to request the Finance team to provide a payment reference to my registered email to see why my bank is supposedly declining the payment. I'm informed by the online rep that they cannot request this payment reference from the Finance team? Getting nowhere with clarity on this, I end the online chat and contact my bank directly to see if they can shed any light why the withdrawal is being declined. My bank were able to advise that Fezbet keep trying to send US dollars to my account but need to send Euro as this was the currency I used to make a deposit on Fezbet to place my bet. So the issue all along is that Fezbet are trying to pay an incorrect currency to my account 🤯 I've processed the withdrawal again today and have instructed the online rep that the Finance department needs to pay in Euro not US dollars. Low and behold, this online rep advises he's communicated that to the Finance team and the payment should be received soon? It seems you have to jump through hoops to get your withdrawal successfully processed and I wouldn't recommend anyone bet with Fezbet. Time will tell, if my withdrawal actually gets successfully processed in Euro this time!

Scrocs who closed my account overnight without allowing me to consult the balance and recover it, despite several reminders by email after 2 months.

Nie polecam wpłacać tam środków ponieważ możecie mieć problem z wypłatą środków.
Zleciłem wypłatę, dwa tygodnie czekania i wypłata anulowana bez podania powodów, oczywiście na czacie wklejanie standardowych regułek i brak podania przyczyny, zleciłem kolejny raz i po kolejnych dwóch tygodniach wypłata odrzucona i rozpoczęto proces weryfikacji. Wszystkie dokumenty dosłane i dalej zero odzewu . W międzyczasie oczywiście anulowanie kilku tych dokumentów bez podania przyczyny. Na czacie nie potraja odpowiedzieć dlaczego prawidłowe dokumenty są odrzucane.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Fezbet and I feel compelled to warn others. I deposited 1000 Rs into my account, but Fezbet failed to credit my account with the funds. When I reached out to their customer service, I was met with nothing but frustration.

Their financial department is a complete disaster. Despite numerous attempts to get a resolution, they have not refunded my money or provided any clear answers. They always say that the issue will be solved "as soon as possible," but I believe this is just a stalling tactic, as no action has been taken.

The level of incompetence is staggering. Every interaction with their customer service left me more and more frustrated. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely indifferent to my situation.

It’s clear that Fezbet does not value its customers. The lack of accountability and transparency is appalling. I urge anyone considering using this platform to think twice. There are far better and more reliable options out there.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Fezbet. It’s not worth the headache and hassle.

Czekam 3 dni i nie mam wypłaty, jak coś się zmieni, dam znać. Nawet 3 dni to dużo na czekanie na wypłacanie. Jeżeli nie wypłacą napiszę. Pozdrawiam. Witam. Druga wypłata przebiegła szybciej na drugi dzień zrealizowano. Gram tam bez weryfikacji. Wpłaty i wypłaty realizowane. DUŻO PROMOCJI. POLECAM.
