Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed: Delayed withdrawal and zero communication
I have been a loyal player at FG Fox for some time, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. I currently have a withdrawal that is significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframe.
What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. I have sent multiple emails to the support team and have reached out to my assigned VIP Manager, but I have received absolutely no response. Being a loyal player, I expected at least a basic level of customer service, but I am being met with total silence.
It is very disappointing to be treated this way when it comes to your own funds. I cannot recommend this casino until they fix their withdrawal processing and actually start responding to their players.

5 emails later still no contact
Unfortunately I have sent 5 emails already about my withdrawal of €500,-
Never had any problems with FGFox.com last withdraw was €5000,- and that was with me within 4 days.
Now can’t get hold of anyone, not via the chat or emails just nobody reacting.
Very very very bad! And I am not used to this by FGFox.com so I find it very strange I am not getting any sort of contact.

Very bad, don't bet here!!! I've been trying to withdraw money for almost two weeks. They simply won't pay out. I can't get in touch with anyone. No response for almost two weeks... I have to take further steps. As long as nothing is paid out, my rating will remain at one star!

Don't play here. I won €1,000. I've been waiting for my withdrawal since December 30, 2025. It's January 7, 2026. After sending a message to support, they say there are delays at the bank due to the holidays. I think they have these banks in Cambodia.

Ik krijg geen antwoord over mijn uitbetaling dus
Ik krijg geen antwoord op mijn mailtjes. Wacht nu al 10 dagen tot mijn geld word uitbetaald. Heb 1x een manager in live chat gesproken en gevraagd of alles goed is moest iets aanpassen en toen was alles goed.
Nu probeer ik al 4 dagen weer in de live chat te vragen naar een manager maar ze zijn niet online.
Ik wil gewoon mijn 250 euro uitbetalen hoe is dat zo moeilijk!!

They won't pay me my money! I've WON about €800. I've completed all verifications. And I'm still waiting for the withdrawal i requested on November 29th..

Trustpilot state in their own terms and conditions that the maximum balance after cashback credited to the account is €10.000, however they state now after I won €2150 that only €1000 is credited as the bonus has his “own” rule.
