What went wrong this time, well "every time" you Driver just throws parcel over fence to unsafe place. How to improve service.
Just deliver to front door like everyone else does and leave in safe place. Make contacting customer service easier. Act on complaints received don't just apologize and do NOTHING.
Finally notified delivering yesterday
Finally notified delivering yesterday . Home all day, cameras etc . Receive a notification saying “ no safe place to leave the package “ absolute load of rubbish , there was no attempted delivery . Trying to sort this out with them is a waste of time .
Parcel stuck in delivery centre for over 2 weeks
My parcel has been in the Australian distribution centre waiting to be delivered for over 2 weeks. The phone number provided by Ali Express for customer service doesn't exist.
Caught on security camera
Once again these so called delivery drivers just toss your parcel where they find it easiest for them, take a photo and go. Don't even attempt to knock the door or ring a doorbell. What is wrong with them!!! Totally useless drivers and should not be working in this industry.
Abhorrent company
Abhorrent company. Worst delivery staff. Shoved an expensive leica lens delivery half hanging out of my letterbox for any would be opportunist to steal, instead of bringing it to the door like they should.
This has happened many times. They sometimes turn up at my house at weird hours on a weekend in unmarked cars, often several completely different drivers on the same day.
It’s like the Uber of courier services. It feels like a massive violation of privacy. And what’s worse, I have no way of opting out, as a lot of companies no longer give you shipping options.
This company is awful, and I hope they eventually get regulated out of existence.
The items could have easily been stolen or damaged,
It is important that you are aware of the sloppy delivery second time by the delivery driver of FastHorse Delivery here in NZ. Twice now the (I do contact the company directly to educate their drivers) Delivery Driver just left the good widely exposed to wind/rain and stealing right in front of the door in view of the main road and footpath.
Completely unnecessary as there is a clearly marked are , under cover and safe from prying eyes, 1 meter from where he dropped the items of value. clearly marked and used by all other delivery companies. It takes just a moment to look and common sense. The items could have easily been stolen or damaged, only because the courier driver did not take a moment to look and move 1m further to deliver the valued item at the right area. All the drivers need to do, slow down a moment and look. BTW, it's all on the security cam. I will write an updated review after my next delivery, hopefully better.
Surprisingly GOOD
Ngl was extremely fearful based on previous reviews. However to my surprise was absolutely fine. They delivered it around 8am this morning and I got the text notification it had arrived. Went outside to find it right in front of my door. It was expected to get here between 11/09-14/09 but arrived today one day earlier. So all in all great experience! My area might be luckier or they're listening to the swarm of terrible feedback.

BS service! Delivery address to a business and they're trying to deliver after hours! Now the parcel is being returned back to the sender! I made a complaint to the MBIE. This company has no email address or contact phone number.
Utterly inept.
I really want to swear but I have to contain myself in this forum. This company is utterly inept, has no concept of what service is and I dont think the drivers know how to read delivery addresses/instructions or how to follow a GPS. I don't live in a rural area, or a place that is hard to find. Other courier companies have delivered packages to my home without any issues. My package never arrived - was with two different drivers on two separate days (a week apart - further delays!) - and neither of them could deliver it to my home. My phone number was on the delivery notes and both drivers must of missed this - or not read it at all. Or couldn't read it. This happened another time and the package was delivered to a completely differenty address, by the very hopeless fast horse. Luckily that person was honest and phoned me (my number was on the instructions. The driver couldn't phone?), so I drove and picked it up myself. And it is hard to contact the company. The phone number bounces to some other random company with a voice-recorded message. Their email system is weird, but they did respond to my email with some template drivel that didn't even respond/make sense to my issue which proves they don't even care. I strongly advise people to avoid using fast horse. This company is worse than hopeless and I don't understand how a company like this can continue to function. They need to change their name from fast horse to "Slowest horse in the entire universe". Utterly unbelievable.
The most terrible courier company!
The most terrible courier company I’ve ever seen!
They just leave parcels somewhere near entry door, on clearly visible area, without even bothering to putting it in more secure place that is also available near the door. And all this in large public housing complex!
When you began to communicate with them about lost delivery item, they wrote back with prepared templates (to double check, ask neighbours, check surveillance etc.) just to tell you that they can not help any further! The company with NO responsibilities! They don't even accept that leaving parcels unattended in clearly visible area is a wrongdoing.
P.S. I wasn't surprised at all when I saw their One-Star rating everywhere! This tells for itself!
The worst logistic ever
The worst logistic ever. Provides fake company phone number on website and fake information. Service are awful. Takes ages to deliver and even just not delivering at all. SCAM !!!!

Emailed and no response for over a week.
Been going to different addresses to check whether it was delivered at another address to no availability.
DISHONEST Delivery Company
You get an automated email saying they attempted to deliver or call but not true, waited for an item to come all the way from China, then when it arrived in Australia, it got returned to sender in China, no one attempted to deliver, and I did not receive any call

Worst delivery service on the planet
This company is meant to be delivering parcels from Timu.
When the parcel did not arrive I looked at the tracking details and saw that they said there was no safe place to deliver it.
We have had at least 5 other items delivered to this address from them, so when I tried to contact them, I could not get anywhere and Timu only had AI-created answers. The latest entry in the tracking list says that we requested a change of delivery time which is completely untrue.
Temu you are being thrown under the bus and included in this company's appalling service and reputation.
