I only give the one star as there are mo options for zero
Took a day off, been lying to all day and at 18h20 still no delivery and shop is closed obviously

Fantastic service. Ordered some composite fence trellis panels on a Sunday, Had a confirmation email from Mille at the company first thing Monday morning and the panels arrived the next day. Couldn't ask for better service and will 100% be using again.

The company is a shambles no one telling you how to do the job really badly managed and a severe lack of communication you are just supposed to know how to do the job straight away also the staff that you do work with are to busy away doing their own things rather than show or tell you what needs to be done definitely the worse place I have worked at .

what a useless company this is I was given delivery dates and arranged for men to be on the job only to be let down. If you need materials do not trust this place because the job will not get done.

I own Atlas Fabrications and I order steel from here with every fabrication I make and never once had a problem or had a delay, when they tell me a time it’s either on time or early, and never had defected or mishaped part delivered.
Today I was busy on site and only my partner was at delivery address and a gentleman named Graham who was delivering went the extra mile, not just to offload material but to go out of his way to not just wait roadside but to carry the load himself to a point where it would be safe. Incredible from all parties. Won’t use anyone else just for this matter. Even phoning back up to tell them how thankful I was but the customer serviceman Connor was just as good with a sense of humour to relate to.

The customer service and the extra mile they went to was fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A unit I purchased from them in March went faulty in September. It wasn't cheap (well, to me anyway), but they sent me a replacement free of charge within days. Fantastic service and communications.

Very helpfully with anything you need. Will always do there very best to sort a problem. Very polite and well mannered.
