I never received my purchase of a car cover. I feel scammed.

Item was exactly as described and shipped out fast. The steering wheel cover perfectly fits and was exactly what I was looking for.

Shipping was fast and the price was right but the product really stood out as top quality. Fitment was great and the installation was easy.

Very nice seat covers for my 2024 Chevy Equinox. Not that hard to install, just be patient. Headrest covers were super tight and took 4 hands to stretch them on. Black color and material feels nice.

I would give the company a 5-star for their service...their instructional videos, their email communications, their timelines in sending me what I needed. The 4-star is based on a couple of things...1) The seat covers that were purchased for me are specifically made for trucks with a split bench seat in the back. However, they only give you the required mesh cloth attachment for either the bench or back, but not both. You have to order the additional piece which cost $15.02, plus the extra time and effort to locate the item on their website (not easy to find). They should just include it with the original product and charge an extra buck or two to cover the cost. And 2) They have quite an extensive offering of products on their web site. If I hadn't kept the original packaging I wouldn't have been able to easily identify the product purchased, and thus identify the correct extra part required. And as mentioned, the extra part was not easy to identify, though I'm sure that many people have to order it. Bottom line...the website needs to be easier to navigate.

They are really good in my 2017 Ram they fit nicely it only took 5 minutes on each side I am thinking about getting the back seat covers for my truck even my coworkers like them they couldn't believed how nice they are

I asked for seat covers that would fit a 2013 Chevy sonic- these do not. There is no arm rest slit for the driver seat and they are way to big for the back seat- 100% disappointment. The reason for 2 stars is they were delivered on time and the design I ordered.

First let me say that I have used the cloth seat covers from your company and loved them but I wanted neoprene. They were EXACTLY what I wanted. The hot pink was perfect but I have had then since end of August and the front seats have faded from the sun. Otherwise they were perfect but I'm disappointed of the fading color I expected it to last longer than like 3 months

I had been sent the wrong color seat covers. The customer service rep, Jennifer, was amazing. She followed up to keep me posted on the status and made a disappointing experience a very good one. I have not experienced this caliber of customer service at any other company I have dealt with. AND, to have a REAL, LIVE person to work with speaks volumes of how FH Group values their customers.

Installing Back rest went well. ( Velcro straps will stick to everything while try to pull through)
Seat bench different story
You have to lift bench of brackets Difficult to pop it back in because support straps cover styro hooks. So had to move them to the side
Also when pull on straps they don’t stay tide. Used duct tape or a knot to keep tension
Also keep eye on seat belt inserts when installing

Your willingness to clarify what I required before actually mailing the product.

Not sure how long I’m supposed to wait for my item to get picked up for shipping, but 2 weeks seems a bit long for a shipping label to be created and not even be picked up. USPS tracking states they’re still waiting to get the item!? I could understand a delay in the actual shipping process, but my item hasn’t even left FH’s distribution centre!? What’s going on?

Everything was great. I have purchased
several sets of these covers (trendy) over the years. They last and fit very well.
