Do not use this crypto card service.

If you use their card for payments that involve pre-authorization holds, such as hotels, deposits, rentals, or other temporary charges, you will never receive the released funds back. Even when the merchant cancels the hold or processes the refund, the money does not return to your card balance. It simply gets stuck on their side, and they never release it back to you. In practice, this means they are keeping users' money through failed refund and pre-authorization handling.

Their support is almost nonexistent. There is no proper official support system, no real ticket handling, and no professional communication channel. The only visible channel is a Telegram group where users are not even allowed to send messages, which already says enough about how they handle customer issues.

Even worse, when I reached out to one of their admins named "Kay," she sent me a Google Sites link that looked like a normal support page, but it was actually a phishing page designed to steal user assets. That is not a small issue. That is a major security red flag.

The whole brand looks completely broken, unprofessional, and full of scam-like behavior. Maybe the most basic card function works sometimes, but everything else around refunds, support, security, and user protection is terrible.

Who build a bank system which can not pay with xsolla/google play store, I have an online payment bill settled in JPY, just show error in checkout page.

Fortunately, the balance in the bank account was not "locked", because I was exchanged USDC to tokens issued by Fiat24 on the blockchain, so I paid transaction fee for take back it.

It’s scam application

Support is non-existent. AI support in Telegram gets stuck in a loop constantly asking you to post things you've already posted. No replies at all to their email support that the AI tells you to use of you're not happy and their Discord support channel is utterly useless and non-responsive. The Discord channel is also rife with scammers pretending to be support and it appears that nothing is done about them (i.e. blocking them from the channel). I posted giving details about one of these in that channel, but it was totally ignored.

Consequently, I have abandoned wanting to use this service altogether and would recommend other potential users to seriously think twice until they at least get their support service up to scratch.

UPDATE : And now, they have simply deleted my comment in their support channel complaining about lack of support, without even acknowledging the original support request. At this stage, I would advise people to stay well clear of them.

Worst service ever !

In the crypto era you simply can not expect people will wait for a slow -only business days- regular transfer.

Update: SEPA transfer made on October 2nd within the EU not received as of October 10th. First line support is done by a Telegram chatbot, did not help. E-mail Support not answered in 24 hours. Definitely I don't recommend.

Update: I requested a SEPA transfer to SEPA country and they made a TARGET2 one, eating 50€ in fees between the two sides, just atrocious. I haven't any single warning that the transfer was under TARGET which is a non-sense because it was a small amount. No reply for two weeks...

December Update: No reply for two months, no fee return, no nothing...
