It is seems fidelcrest stoped every thing I pased phase 1 successful but did not get to phase 2 !! Every thing stoped in my profile ! And fidelcrest say just for stoped mql support to propy company ! But other propy company use mt4 and mt5 without any problems ! Even in my profile live chat to support team stoped ! So may be it is scam

Please save your money and go to FTMO or just slowly build your own capital. They will not pay you out.

I have been with Fidelcrest for a while now, love the 2 for 1 offer really good incentive for traders. But I have managed to pass a couple accounts over a large period of time and get hold of some professional accounts. It took me a couple of accounts to there... In January 2024 I started with fresh 60k (professional account) it took a dip but I managed to finally reach profit land. Took me 3 months but it's all about consistency. I always trade of my phone. I have submitted a request to get the cash out for $1200 dollar and my refund... I spent more than this on just getting my funded account ...

It has been over 4 weeks and I get an email stating I have used an EA which I never have. It has taken me years to learn this skill and just to break there rules after spending thousands to get a live account... Feels like the company is not interested in paying people out ... I urge people to stay away... I have tried numerous times to contact support and they keep saying or your ticket will be worked on its in the qué.

I suppose it is scam project. I had challenge account, and it was closed unexpectedly without explanation. After my query, they explained that it was stopped because some trade had no SL and TP, but they can't prove it, because my EA always puts SL and TP. So I don't recommend this firm and wish they be choked with money:)

They do not record their chats. But I have screenshots of 4 months of chatting and scamming me. They think that no one will touch them. With winrate 80%, they closed my account without a single violation and disrespectfully do not give any correct answer. My refund has not been paid for 115 days (in the rules of the site, it says a maximum of 5 working days).

"I want to report a fake propfirm. I purchased a 15k plan from this site and successfully passed phase 1 of the challenge. However, during phase 2, they accused me of breaking the law regarding the forbidden use of a money management expert. I had used that expert during phase 1, and they had confirmed that it was okay to do so. Despite this, they failed my account and stopped responding to my inquiries. I believe this propfirm is fake and I want to warn others to stay away from it."

Lately they stopped servicing for some unknown reasons. I passed phase 1_2 Challenges but it is 45 days that they refuse to give me the phase 3 account (real account) and also they refuse to refund me. I don't know how can i get my money back and they do not give me clear answer.

Dopo qualche tentativo sono riuscito ad a superare sia la prima che la seconda fase con successo. Al termine della seconda,l'ho chiusa e mi è arrivata la notifica che l'avrebbero revisionata in massimo 5 giorni. Dopo quasi due mesi nessuna risposta fino a quando ho deciso di scrivere all'assistenza e nell'arco della stessa giornata mi è arrivata la mail dove mi dicevano che non avevo passato la fase 2 per una strategia illegale. Non è assolutamente vero ,non ho commesso nessun illecito e sono più che sicuro che hanno inventato questa scusa per non darmi la fase 3 . Investire tempo e soldi per cercare di passare le due fasi e poi avere quella risposta è stata una grandissima delusione. Non la consiglio assolutamente

Une grosse arnaque.J'ai pris un compte de 250k pour 1000€.Je laisse 2 trade en swing cela fait deja 3 mois.J'apprend que ses trades sont interdit vu qu'il n'y a pas de stoploss.Sauf que sur leur instagram ils affichent que les SL ne sont pas obligatoires.Apres 2 mois avec ses trades qui tournent j'apprend donc que mon compte est echoué pour avoir trader sans stoploss.Alors que sur leur site il est autorisé de trader sans Stoploss.Je parle avec quelqu'un du SAV qui s'appel Juan.Pire SAV qui existe il parle en etant lassé et veut pas resoudre mon probleme.A FUIR

Scam of a company. Passed phase 1 and I am waiting 20 days for the phase 2 credentials. Other companies give you the credentials within minutes. Also I am hearing that they don’t give payouts. Stay away.

Absolutely no replies and updates from Fidelcrest since passed my phase 2 in January 2024. It's been more than 4 months...

It's been more than a month since I made the payout request and I still haven't received anything.

I wrote to the support every week and every time I get the same answer: I have to wait and they can't tell me when they will be able to make the payment.

It is clear that something is not ok, I will most likely never see that payout again.

I recommend staying away from this company that seems to be a scam.

As of April 4, 2024, my account still hasn't been granted despite completing Phase 2 on February 28, 2024. Despite my persistent attempts to reach out to support and engage in live chats with company representatives every day since then, each employee assures me, just like the others, that my account will be expedited and given priority.

So far, I've traded deals exceeding $75,000 in my demo account. What if these were in my real account after successfully achieving the goal set for each phase?

I am struggling, as I've been repeatedly told that my account will be reviewed as soon as possible.

Hello to anyone reading this. If you ever consider buying from this firm, DONT!
I have been with them for 5 months now and it hasn’t been anything but bad about this firm. Reviews for both phases and payout reviews takes a minimum of 1 month, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that.. if you are so lucky to get your account approved through their risk management team you will have to wait another 3-4 week for the money to arrive..(they advertise wise payment as well as crypto, but they only offer crypto.)
They have hidden rules all over the place and they will do anything they can to try to breach you.. they restrict news trading, but they don’t use forex factory for their news so there will be a lot of news that will come completely unexpected.

I’m writing this to prevent you from losing your own money with this firm, it’s not worth it. Take you money to another firm Fidelcrest is over..

This company is a fraud. It cuts off the relationship with its users without valid reasons and documents and takes their account from them. His payments are in trouble and there are many complaints about this. In the whole Fidel scam company

i was really disappointed in Fidelcrest , my withdrawal received waiting from 24/2/2024 still not transferred , despite having been approved all , I asked for support but only received the same answer wait.... ID 183456

Worst propfirm !!! They don't do payouts and that is any trader's interest ! I wait for a month for my payout and they keep telling me that the finance team will send the money !! And they don't !! I've lost any hope for this company and I write this review so other people won't have to get through what I have!!

United Kingdom ' FCA ' regulators are investigating Fidelcrest's traders complaints, the worse this company has done disqualified trader who passed both phases without proof. Fidelcrest is becoming a big scam, this company should be avoided
