This company is a total scam. Stay away from that. I have bought an account , it was in profit ,they decided to stop working with us, and we requested refumnd. They made excusess and said news tradeing was not allowd but i have proof that they are lying.

I used to like this prop firm
I used to like this prop firm, but with their new targets going up from 10% to 14% and their drawdown going from 10% max to 4% max and daily from 5% to 2%, it just makes thing a whole lot worse.

Terrible support
Terrible support. I raised a dispute in Dec 2023, Now Mar 2024. I lost my account when price spiked 1580 points, yet my stop loss on chart was not reached according to the candle wicks, some 200 points short. As a result I failed the challenge. On several and regular occasions I have called them each time I get fobbed off, "Someone from the technical department will look into this and call you back."

Passed 250k phase 1 in mid February, still waiting, in their website they say something like "Accounts to be reviewed in 1-5 business days", apparently it takes them more than 5 days to review accounts, at this point either they change this statement or either they send us an email where they apologize for the waiting and give us updates regarding the review process. What a ridiculous clauss to have in your contract.
I parked 2 accounts whilst sorting out some personal business. Now one is gone. You were happy to enforce your clause without any warning.
Big fraud operation.
I normally wait and give companies time to redeem themselves but these guys are hefty scammers. After I passed the challange. I read the reviews. A bit too late but the good ones seem to be fake and the bad ones seem to be like my experience. I passed my 1 million usd account almost a full month ago and its still in “review”. The only stories I see are small accounts being passed and with the big accounts they’ll hang up a bulls story about HFT trading or make up rules. Can’t wait to update what reason they make up for me to steal my money. Now they even gone that far that they removed all the accounts above 200k. Watch out for these fraud companies and buy from trusted firms.

Bought a 250k challenge with them back in early 2023(When you could buy challenges worth up to 1 mill). Lets just say im grateful for only spending $1,1k on this firm.

Fidelcrest is a fraudulent prop firm whose sole objective is to collect challenge fees from individuals. You will be denied access to a funded account despite having passed phases one and two. Perhaps you'll be granted an explanation and a refund, or they will disregard you for a few months. In general, a five-star review on Trustpilot is simply a rating requested by customer service, which responds to general inquiries. In regards to review and payout, customer support is powerless and can only state that they lack the authority to do so. It is true, according to a one-star review on Trustpilot, that the majority of traders have their reviews and payouts denied. Be shrewd and avoid even attempting to work with these shoddy prop firms. However, those who are fortunate enough to obtain a funded account and a payout, best of luck. I am convinced that they pay only on a peanut account and not on a large account.

Fidelcrest est très prometteuse sur le papier, malheureusement celle ci n'a rien à voir avec ce qu'elle annonce.
J'ai ouvert un compte chez eux en 2023, après avoir réussi ma phase 1, ma phase 2 a été annulée suite à un bug informatique. J'ai contacté les agents de chat tous les jours et du envoyé des mails en pagaille pour expliquer ce problème, et sur le moment on me donnait des réponses complètement hors sujet ( heureusement Que je connais les différentes règles de slippage etc sinon je me serait fait arnaquer) conclusion après 2 MOIS à écrire tous les jours enfin on me rembourse les pertes que je n'aurai pas du subir et mon comte est réactivé. Suite a ça, je valide la phase 2 de mon challenge et je me dis qu'enfin il n'y aura plus de soucis... Sauf que là, c'est la douche froide !!!! L'entreprise envoie un mail pour dire que le compte sera vérifié dans un délais de 1 à 5 jours.. J'ai validé ma phase 2 le 20 janvier, nous somme aujourd'hui le 1 mars et mon compte est toujours en attende de validation
Tous les jours j'écris au support et au chat et absolument tous les jours on me répond la même chose = NOUS NE POUVONS RIEN FAIRE, L'ÉQUIPE DE GESTION DES RISQUES CONNAÎT VOTRE DOSSIER ET IL FONT LE MAXIMUM, IL FAUT ETR PATIENT. encore mieux, il y a 3 jours, ils m'ont dit que mon compte allait être vérifié dans la journée ou le lendemain dernier délais.. Et une fois de plus.... Silence radio on me demande de patienter...moeox encore, ce matin on me répond que le delais de 1 à 5 jours est une moyenne est que l'équipe de gestion des risques n'a aucune obligation de délais, en gros ils peuvent vous payer ou vous valider quand ça leur plaît et vous avez juste à fermer votre gueule
Sans surprise j'ai appris que certains trader qui ont déjà des comptes financés sont en attente de leur paiement depuis plus de 10 semaines !!!!!! ( normalement ça prends 48h max) c'est vraiment le chaos.
Pour info mon compte à valider est un compte à 250 000 euros, autant vous dire que je m'y suis donné du mal !!
Aucun sérieux de leur part, à fuir absolument !!!!

Terrible customer experience, takes 4 weeks to get the account reviewed.
I would never again go with Fieldcrest. All they want is selling challenges
