I would like to thank Fidelcrest team specially Arthur. I had a problem on BTC payment of my account and I did paid 20$ less than exact emount and Arthur simply activate my account.

Im new to this industry, so i need more help when it comes to the process. I bought an account with Fidelcrest because they had a 2plus1 promo, but i forgot to place the PROMO code when i checked out! So i contacted the support, her name is Audrey and she is very accomodating, she forwarded my concern to the management and Thankfully theyre giving me my plus 1 account! shout out to this company and to there support team, they are superb.

Just spoke with Arthur. What a star!!!! I purchased a 2 for 1 offer back in January thinking it was immediate 2 accounts but was an additional after passing first. New offer at the moment for instant 2 accounts. I asked if i could change my purchase and he did it there and then for me. So kind and a company willing to help traders to succeed!!

Awesome prop firm an excellent support team...

The worst prop firm, all the rules are focused in that u loose the challenge, read all the reules carefully (DDdiary, max DD,days of trading, etc), because trading is hard but trading in fidelcrest is harder.

They are a very great team. They offer challenge accounts with reasonable and competitive prices.

The customer service is excellent and support agents are very respectful, especially I am thoroughly satisfied with the services that Juan provides.

Such a quick responce from Sarah as passing my challenge took a little longer than expected within 2 mins of messaging i had a new account all set up ready to start again!! really cant fault this company at the moment.
