Whenever I need to talk with Fidelity customer service/technical team, they always answer the call and don't hide behind emails, things are dealt with in a professional way and all staff are very knowledgeable.. After having more problems with the authenticator I spoke to one of Stevens colleagues and he then got Altos sorted. Very pleased with the support that I received.
