Dan Miles was really attentive assisting our take over of broadband and phone lines - cleaned up everything after himself and left everything where it was in the first place. Ensured everything was working before he left and helped with any questions!

Daniel was amazing and great company too! Very dedicated to the job. He was quick to fix our new phones, WiFi and all things technological. Would highly recommend!

Zunaid made setting up an automated phone line for our college easy, even supplying an automated voice so we could get it live quickly.

Whenever I need to talk with Fidelity customer service/technical team, they always answer the call and don't hide behind emails, things are dealt with in a professional way and all staff are very knowledgeable.. On this particular occasion I dealt with Stephen with a technical query along with Jay-Leigh in customer service.

After ringing up for help, as promised Steven rang me back and quickly got me logged into my account. My only criticism about the system is having to use the authenticator, makes the process more difficult. After having more problems with the authenticator I spoke to one of Stevens colleagues and he then got Altos sorted. Very pleased with the support that I received.

After several days of promises unfulfilled, Zunaid sorted out permission for international dialling on our KIT hub enabled landline. He was patient and kept in contact until we were sure that everything was working properly.

Mt technician, Steven, was patient, supportive, and extremely helpful throughout the process of resolving the ticket.
