Hang up Immediately
If I could rate it negatively, I would. These people call me on the phone to offer a loan. Guess my information was sold because I had just entertained the idea with another company, but found the interest rates in general didn't match my needs. So Fidelity calls me up, trying to make some money, telling me they can offer a better deal. They request a few bank statements and here we go. The offers they sent over were not compatible with our needs. We constantly asked for things in writing and explained we don't have a lot of time to chat on the phone. It was pulling teeth to get info, but man, they are always on the phone wanting to talk like two drunk and lonely housewives or like Trump, someone who just likes the sound of his own voice. They get down to their "final offer" and we told them No, thank you. Then they started their games. The next morning, they have a woman call to speak to my office manager. The office manager tells them again (we did in writing several times) we are not interested and please do not call. Their solution was to continue to call the office to try to coerce the office manager into accepting the deal by basically bullying her. The office manager continued to hang up and they immediately called back 6 times in a row just to continue to get hung up on. I finally had to grab the phone when the woman for Fidelity started harassing me and asking if I was ever going to take this loan etc. Who in the hell would want to do business with anyone like this? I have had many business loans, and NO ONE has ever acted or spoken to my staff or myself this way. Usually, when they want your business, they don't get Nasty because you say no. The woman at Fidelity harassed my office and tied up my phone lines in the middle of the business day. She upset the staff to the point that the Office Manager asked for the address so they could discuss in person and get these clowns to free up our phone lines. They are lowlifes trying to use the name Fidelity to sponge business and trick people into thinking they are dealing with a reputable company. Hang up immediately or you will regret it. The Hard Money part should tell you everything.... they can't get it either, according to their ratings.
