We worked with Guillaume to get our mortgage loan contract. He was available, taking time to educate us about the system, options, and provided us various bank offers that helped us to save not only time but also better rates then what we would get (he negotiated for various times with banks). He was also answering all our clarification questions. I would strongly recommend him
