I bought a fridgefreezer for my elderly mother, which had to fit into a specific sized space. The choice that Fields had was extensive and we were able to find one that matched our needs via their web site. We purchase in store where we received very helpful service. The delivery was equally good, arriving at the time specified. The delivery driver was excellent. He was polite and friendly. He was efficient and thorough in installing the new appliance as well as removing the old appliance and all packaging.. Very happy customer.

Little disappointed they don't do lateral flows before visiting clinically vulnerable clients hence the 4 stars. However they wore a mask. Quick fitting of oven and old oven taken away. Couldn't fault the service from purchase to fitting.

I had a fantastic experience with Fields. I ordered late at night, they called the next morning to arrange delivery and even managed to squeeze my delivery in earlier because I had no fridge! The guys who came to install were so professional and really dedicated to making sure the fridge was lined up and symmetrical. They really too their time and they genuinely cared!!
I was so impressed that I am going back to buy a new oven from them and told my Mum to cancel her order from elsewhere and buy her washing machine from them.

Visited on a Saturday to look at Fridge/freezers, given some new facts and general advice on the different options. Needed confirmation of the inside layout of the fridge, which was supplied on Monday by photo/email. Ordered on line, delivered on Wednesday.
Can't ask for better service than that!

Excellent service - efficient and friendly

Initially spoke with Amanda in Beaconsfield branch who encouraged us to visit Beaconsfield showroom to choose new washing machine. Chap in showroom was most informative and led us through various models. The model we chose was in stock and was delivered and installed next day. All very efficient. The price quoted on Fields website includes delivery and removal of old machine. Excellent service and would definitely recommend Fields

Freezer delivered when they said so that existing frozen foods could be transferred.

Prompt service over the phone. Installer arrived at appointed time and quickly overcame difficulties. Machine tested and old machine taken away. Follow up call the following day to check that all was ok. Great service all round.

The shop took my order on Saturday morning and my new machine was delivered on Thursday. The carpets were covered before the old machine was taken out, and the gentleman gave me time to clean the floor, which hadn’t seen the light of day for sometime! The new machine was fitted quickly and efficiently, and it’s workings explained. A well deserved 5 star rating. Thank you

Replacing our under counter fridge was a great experience from the moment we walked into the show. Selection, purchase and installation was easy. The installation engineer made the process look simple and completed quickly leaving a clear and perfectly fitted unit. Very happy. (We now realise how ‘bad’ our old fridge was !)

My dishwasher was condemned during the warranty period by the manufacturer due to an ongoing electrical fault.

I contacted Fields from whom I purchased the appliance with the details from the manufacturer repair centre and they sourced another dishwasher (different brand due to limited availability) within 2 hours, ordered it and promised to call within 48 hours with an ETA and install date.

When I had problems reaching the manufacturer fir a call out they rang on my behalf and booked one of the many service visits to try and repair the machine.

Amazing customer service from a small but well run company, truly putting the customer first.

Staff were very helpful, polite & product knowledge was good too. Delivery driver was great & a courtesy call next day to make sure everything was ok. Service that's long gone but nice there are still some shops around with high standards.
