Great Guidence & Customer Service plus prompt delivery with a smile!

I found the Gerrards Cross branch of Fields extremely helpful and efficient. I was given a lot of helpful advice over the phone about which machines to choose. They arrived quickly and were installed efficiently. I had an after sales phone call to check everything was going ok and to give any further advice. Amazing level of customer service that I have never experienced elsewhere.

I’ve used Fields for white goods since 1996, their expertise is second to none. I have also had Fields design my new kitchen, I wanted to buy from a UK company (Masterclass Kitchens) Clive listened to my requirements and my kitchen design was agreed, purchased and delivered in record time and installed by a Fields recommended tradesperson. Cannot fault the services from any of them.

Great service! Slim dishwasher works like a dream. Quick and convenient delivery times and tidy installation. Nice to get locally the excellent level of service I was used to getting only from John Lewis. Prices are competitive too!

I bought a washing machine from Fields in Beaconsfield. The staff were very helpful in assisting me with my choice of washing machine. The delivery date was 3 days later.

The fitter turned up during the 3 hour slot, that I was informed he would be. The problems that the fitter unfortunately encountered were meet with good humour and professionalism and were quickly dealt with.

I can thoroughly recommend using this company, as I received nothing but first class service since I walked in through the shop door, until the washing machine was installed.

My Bosch washing machine 4yrs old developed a fearful rackety noise during spin cycle. As I had purchased the machine from Fields and it was a Sunday mid covid, I thought to check their website for sales support.
What an impressive response. Through their 7day All Day telephone support service, I was able to immediately speak to somebody that was knowledgeable who offered an immediate suggestion that I check the filter thoroughly first, he told me how. Sure enough out came the offending article a tiny piece of plastic. Problem solved.
Wow. What a terrific service, from a small company, on a Sunday, such a contrast to todays world of being sidelined by the numerous pressing of telephone keypad buttons and automated voices achieving nothing but frustration!

Excellent service - efficient and friendly

Initially spoke with Amanda in Beaconsfield branch who encouraged us to visit Beaconsfield showroom to choose new washing machine. Chap in showroom was most informative and led us through various models. The model we chose was in stock and was delivered and installed next day. All very efficient. The price quoted on Fields website includes delivery and removal of old machine. Excellent service and would definitely recommend Fields

Thankyou so much for going the extra mile as usual! Freezer and fridge installed, washing machine unplumbed and removed. And you even cleaned the floor underneath the old machine. A challenging rearrangement of white goods done cheerfully as ever. Fantastic service by Fields over the last 25 or so years. A real asset to our community.
