Oliver was amazing!!! Iâm slight out of date when it comes to the latest tech and truthfully I was a bit nervous around what selections I wanted. I did end up going slightly over my budget but that was a decision I made on research from the points Oliver took me through. Very no pressure sales technique, answered the phone and responded to every emails. I will defo be back for more kit (monitors etc) in due course. Right now, am currently waiting for delivery and itâs only been 2 days. Honestly, I couldnât praise Oliver and the team enough. Thanks again.
Great PC, shame about the company behind it
I'm in a weird position because the actual computer Fierce PC built is fantastic. But the stress of dealing with them after a delivery disaster? Honestly, I never want to hear their name again. If you buy from them, use a credit card with Section 75 protection. Trust me, you might need it.
The short version:
My £1,460 PC arrived on January 10th via DPD. The driver forged my signature (caught on CCTV, police report filed), dumped it in a communal hallway, and unsurprisingly, it arrived damaged. Broken front panel and a PSU with a grinding fan.
The long version:
What followed was six weeks of exhausting back-and-forth where I had to fight for absolutely everything.
They lied about stock, twice. On Jan 15th they said they had a spare front panel. On Jan 22nd they said the PSU and panel would ship "tomorrow." On Jan 23rd? Suddenly neither part existed. They eventually called it "miscommunication" and apologised, but come on.
Not once, not a single time, did anyone at Fierce PC actually apologise that I was sitting here with a broken £1,460 paperweight. The initial response to the delivery issues was basically "out of our control." Which, fine, the courier screwed up. But fixing it? That's on them. They just didn't seem to care.
I actually asked them on the phone if they could ask DPD to require a PIN for future deliveries (you know, so this doesn't keep happening to other customers). Response? "Out of our control." The guy's tone made it crystal clear he couldn't be bothered.
Nothing happened unless I pushed. And I mean really pushed, threatening legal action, Trading Standards, chargebacks. Only then did they suddenly get moving on the PSU refund and front panel. They only took me seriously once I became their problem instead of the other way around.
Even at the very end, after they'd finally issued my refund, they "forgot" to send the required credit note. Had to chase them for a simple PDF. Again.
The good bits:
I'll be fair, once the replacement front panel arrived and I got my money back for the PSU I had to buy myself, the actual PC itself is solid. Great build quality, runs like a dream.
If your PC arrives in one piece, you'll probably be happy. But if something goes wrong, especially with delivery, brace yourself for a stressful, dishonest battle to get it sorted. They're banking on customers just giving up. I don't think there's any malice here, just a whole lot of incompetence and "can't be bothered." But honestly? The result feels the same either way.
Buy at your own risk.
Fierce PC and Punch Technology are the same company
I purchased from the Fierce PC website but the order was fulfilled by Punch technology.
Everything arrived OK and as promised. However I experience issues (random crashes). I filled in the web form twice (no response) and emailed twice.
I finally got a response asking for more information to be provided. I email this back.... and no response.
As long as everything works out, you will be fine.....otherwise you are well and truly on your own....

Firstly, Thanks to Pete, who sorted out the pc I was after as a next day delivery! It arrived today before midday! First time using FiercePC, and I'm writing this review on my brand new, beast of a PC! Highly recommended, and will buy from again! Thanks to all that made this a splendid experience!

Slow with poor support.
So the 8-10 days for delivery is actually 19. The stock accuracy is not accurate. Case and Motherboard were both reasons for delay. I had to pester and chase just to get it at this timeline.
Add to that the failure to provide the borderlands code which was included with the purchase. I requested it 19 Sept and was told it would be in an email shortly. I had to then chase again 22 Sept through phone call, then email, then follow up call when my email was pushed back due to "being busy"
AND THEN, if that wasn't enough. The code I was sent turned out to be an already redeemed code.
Poor timelines, Poor Service, Poor attention to detail. I would not recommend.
I'm also happy to prove all of the above should this review be challenged.
Perfect product! and best costumer service
The website and computer customization process is easy and beginner-friendly, and their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with the delivery (DPD the worst), as they failed to deliver my PC. Fierce PC did everything they could: they tried to contact DPD, requested a delivery address change, and followed up for an entire week until the delivery was finally made (though, of course, to the wrong address, thanks to DPDâs incompetence).
Despite all that, Fierce PC listened to my frustrations (it wasnât a cheap PC), and they were incredibly supportive and professional throughout. If I could, I would give them 100 stars!
I was sent the wrong parts and they are refusing to switch them out.
I configured a pc on the website and once I received the system I noticed that the parts sent were different from the ones I configured before dispatch I received an email if changing the motherboard would be okay to which I agreed however I was never told that they would also change out the graphics card to one from a different manufacturer

Bought a pre built 3 weeks ago from them and it looked amazing when it arrived, they could not get the white ram I choose to boot pc up so they upgraded me to better ram with tighter timings and a bigger cooler no extra cost would I buy from this company again absolutely communication was absolutely spot on
No complaints
I spent just over £1,000 on a gaming PC from Fierce PC, and overall Iâm really happy with the purchase. When the computer first arrived, it was missing the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Wi-Fi antennaâwhich was a bit confusing. But after calling the shop, they quickly explained thereâd been an issue with the delivery company, and that the remaining items were on the way. Sure enough, everything else arrived shortly after, just as they said. The guy on the phone was very polite.
Iâve had the PC for about a month now, and all the components are running smoothly. No issues, no faultsâjust solid performance. Canât complain at all. Would happily recommend Fierce PC to anyone looking for a reliable setup.
Misleading order confirmation
Bought a CPU motherboard RAM bundle. Order confirmation clearly stated thermal paste was included with my order but didn't arrive. I was then told that because I didn't buy a cooler thermal paste isn't included. This is completely misleading as this is not what my order confirmation stated. The CPU also had poorly wiped off thermal paste from testing. Not happy

I had a very pleasant experience overall! I know absolutely nothing about gaming PCs, but the team were very quick when responding to emails and answered all my questions in a way that even I could understand. The building and delivery process did take a while, but this was mainly my bad, since I placed an order during a particularly busy period for them, and I didnât pay for express shipping. Either way, it was worth the wait, as Iâm really made up with the result. Thank you!
PC got lost in transit, Fierce PC don't care.
I ordered a PC from Fierce PC, but the delivery went badly wrong and now the parcel is missing. Instead of helping, Fierce PC have pinned the blame on me, leaving me without a PC and hundreds of pounds out of pocket.
Since I wasnât going to be home, I asked for the PC to be delivered to a local DPD pick-up point at Matalan. But the parcel never made it there, and no one signed for it. After chasing DPD, they said it had been delivered and sent a photo of it left behind a bin, with no explanation or proper confirmation.
Despite this, Fierce PC are refusing to take any responsibility. They claim that because I requested delivery to a shop, itâs now on me even though the parcel never reached the actual pick-up location and was dumped somewhere out of sight.

I we will do everything we can to help, however I must make you aware that by requesting your parcel to be delivered to a pick-up point or leave in a safe place, the safety of the parcel and any potential issues such as loss, theft or damage will shift to you.
I have called DPD and they have reviewed the POD for me. There is a picture of both parcels being delivered to the Goods-in Area behind Matalan and Map Coordinates.
As there is a clear POD, DPD are not able to do anything further at this stage.
Have you been to the DPD pickup point or did you go to Matalan,
I can see on the map that there is a separate DPD Pickup Shop.

That pretty much says it all. Once theyâve shipped your order, it seems Fierce PC no longer consider it their problem.
I wonât be ordering from them again, and if youâre thinking about it, be warned if the delivery company messes up, you could be left with nothing.
I understand this isnât solely Fierce PCâs fault, DPD are just as responsible for the mess. But as a business, Fierce PC will have insurance on their shipments and could have easily stepped in to resolve the issue. Instead, their response has been incredibly frustrating. They seemed more eager to pass the blame than to actually help fix the situation.
