Les quiero comentar que por error hice una compra en esta empresa, y al darme cuenta les solicité la cancelación y el reembolso de mi compra, y muy amablemente me asignaron a Emerald y con gusto atendió mi solicitud, solo quiero decir que es una empresa confiable.

Was mislead by a different website into purchasing a subscription to this site. Contacted customer support and explained my situation. They promptly stated they would fix the situation if given a good review.

Thank you Eugene for helping g with the mix up on having 2 different charged to my account that were not authorized by me.

No refund, yet they're demanding a 5-star review, and their attitude is so nonchalant. They deducted nearly $200 from my account eight times, but they only offered a refund of $6.95 for that one transaction. Is that considered resolved? I need an explanation.
