When we called we did not have a long…
When we called we did not have a long wait time which was really good. We found the salesperson was very helpful in answering all our questions and helped us choose the right policy to fit our needs.
When we received the confirmation letter we saw there was a misunderstanding with the beneficiaries and needed to make a change. We called back immediately and spoke with another clerk who immediately made the change which we appreciated. Everything was done in good time and we received the new amended document right away to our email address. After reading all the info sent to us we were very happy with the Fifty up policy.
