I am frustrated because I ordered a plain jersey for my daughter on July 10, paid for expedited shipping, and have not yet received it. I believe this company is misleading customers by appearing to be based in the United States when they are actually located in China. Their contact information does not work, which is disappointing. I've ordered two things from them, neither showed up. They give you tracking info from, what I know now, a fake shipping website. They tell you it was delivered and it wasn't. I disputed both on my credit card and got my money back.

I had a really positive experience, they were very responsive. Great communication. I needed t shirts delivered for a softball tournament and I was able to get it in the timeframe promised. They even returned an extra $15 I paid for expressed delivery. Quality of shirts are very good, I was surprised of the print very good quality and fit to size.

Our beer league softball team LOVES our jerseys!! Colours are vibrant, spelling is correct, and sublimated prints are perfect!
While ordering I accidentally forgot to add one of our teammates and quickly emailed the support email. Helen got back to me within a day. She was happy to help and ensured the extra jersey would be added to rest of the order and sent together!
The jersey were delivered within the quoted time - just keep an eye on DHL for deliveries.
My only criticism is the sizing - a couple teammates are having to size up. I wouldn't say the XL and up are true to the same size as an authentic MLB jersey. Size up if you're worried about size and length.
