I've been a customer of File Sanctuary since July 2022, using their FTTP 1000/115 service, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, all my pre-order queries were answered promptly and thoroughly, giving me full confidence in the service before signing up.

I chose FileSanctuary for a cloud server to deliver subscription content for my iOS app, and it has turned out to be an excellent decision. The server was easy to set up and has proved to be completely reliable. If support is required (for example how to expand storage for a ZFS pool), it is rapid, helpful, and detailed. As well as all this, it is exceptionally good value.

My desire was for a 'fit and forget' server that just works, so that I can focus my time on improving the app rather than fighting a server, and File Sanctuary delivered this seemlessly.
