After reviewing your order history in detail, we found that a delay in confirming your payment in early September, combined with unexpected customs issues between Korea and the United States, unfortunately led to a longer delivery time than usual. While such customs complications can occasionally occur, we understand that this does not make the experience any less disappointing, and we deeply regret the impact it had on your order.
When your refund request was received, our team began the process right away; however, we required additional information to finalize it, which was not received until October 3. Adding to this, a series of national holidays in Korea between October 3 and 13 caused further delays in processing. As soon as operations resumed, your refund was completed immediately.
We fully understand how frustrating these delays and communication gaps must have been. Please rest assured that this situation does not reflect our normal standards or commitment to our customers. We’ve since taken steps to strengthen our communication process to ensure a smoother experience in the future.

Your payment was sent on October 9, but the transaction was officially completed on October 13, which is when we received the corresponding funds for your order. Between October 3–13, Korea observed national holidays (except October 10), which caused nationwide delays in communication and order processing. This information was also noted on our website.
Additionally, your order was placed during one of our busiest sale periods, which slightly extended our normal processing times. We want to clarify that this was an exceptional period due to the high volume of orders and associated logistical challenges. Considering all of these factors, your order was shipped and delivered within 7 business days, in accordance with our stated policy.

I made my payment for the my order quite some time ago, but I still haven’t received any shipping update. When I check my account, it shows that the payment was completed, but there’s no shipment date provided.
i have sent 3 messages and emails to see what happened to my order no reply so far.
when i go to my account to track my order this is what i find there (No shipping data available)

It’s been quite a while since then, and I would really appreciate an update on the status of my order.iam really disapointed .

We would like to clarify that your order was indeed shipped and, according to our records, has already been delivered. The lack of timely shipment updates was caused by temporary disruptions that affected our regular tracking notifications.
At the time of your purchase (September 29, 2025), Canada Post was experiencing strikes that lasted until October 11. To prevent your package from being held in Canada during this period, we postponed shipment until postal operations resumed.
Additionally, between October 3 and October 13, Korea observed national holidays (excluding October 10), which affected correspondence and order processing across the country. We had a notice about these delays posted on our website during that time.
Your order was also placed during one of our busiest sale periods, which slightly extended our standard processing time. We’d like to emphasize that this situation was exceptional, caused by the combination of high order volumes, logistics complications, and external postal delays. The products are amazing and great quality! However, I have issues with two thing. Descriptions and payment. Descriptions of products are not always very clear or how to use it, even benefits of my skin. I usually go back to NK and ask a friend or Google it. Payment is such a hassle that many times I have place items in an order and struggled so much to make a payment that my 7 days have passed and order is gone. I have missed a great sale OR here is a good one, I paid the wrong company. That’s the kind of luck I have. Just take cards or PayPal, CashApp and make my life easy.

Top notch in every way
Filler house offers excellent product and customer service, and incredibly fast shipping, always. and I am a long time customer. Also, they have sales numerous times per years and offer great discounts during these sales--you will hate yourself if you miss a sale--but be patient, it won't be long before another one comes along. Follow them on instagram to be notified of their sales. What more can I add? I have zero complaints with this company and only good things to say.

My favorite skincare supply site
I have ordered from FillerHouse numerous times and they are my favorite site for skincare, fillers and toxins. I receive my order within 2-3 days in a cooled insulated box. I have never been disappointed with the products or the service. They have a wide selection of products to choose from and have consistent inventory of the products I use most.
