Awful. Cancelled my order for no reason. Pre ordered. Didn't get despatched. Emailed. Rubbish reply. Stating will be despatched 2 weeks later. Never despatched Emailed after email. No reply. Then refund . Rubbish company

Whilst having an eye on obscure films and thus representing a valuable internet asset, this company's idea of customer service appears to be an after-thought and practically non existent. Also there is no phone number and that should raise suspicion. I ordered a rare film on Blu Ray in the UK and it arrived but has the wrong area code; thus unplayable. I went through their process of return and after several attempts, I received a reply which suggested their already-sent response had gone into my junk folder; it hadn't. The note went on without apology or explanation or offer of replacement, and asked me to send it back at my own expense in order to receive a refund. This is all time-consuming, constituting a background anxiety and so on. My sense is of one-man-bandedness and a contempt for the customer verging on the cynical. 'Rich' - who are you?

Without a doubt the best site in the UK for sourcing blu-rays from the boutique labels.

Items are dispatched quickly and are all very well packaged. Everything is sent also sent tracked.

Grab a copy of when a stranger calls limited edition Blu-ray the delivery was so fast as soon as I ordered it it was dispatched the same day … received it and packaged really well and now I’ve just ordered dead silence 4K Steelbook and again dispatched same day ….. thank you film treasures

Displaying VAT is a legal requirement. This website misleads consumers by showing prices excluding VAT.

Immaculate company. Ordered 2 visual vengeance blu-rays and not only did they arrive for the release date but they released early. Packaging was amazing. Won’t hesitate to order from them again. Thank you

Preordered the Girl who leapt through time on 5k uhd it did not dispatch I wrote to ask when was it a few messages later they said they had delays then o asked again nearly 2 weeks after date if they had an update still they did not even bother to reply and so I charged back from PayPal. It was my first and last experience with them. Having an actual customer service and communication didn’t seem to be importsnt to them. Oh I managed to get the uhd much quicker elsewhere now after all that

I'd been looking for a film for ages. It's not streaming anywhere and the blu ray was very expensive on Amazon. I found it on Film Treasures and a much lower price and it arrived within 24hrs.

I’ve bought from Film Treasures a few times and especially for those in the UK, they are a godsend- the postage and taxes on import Movies and collectibles often put them out of my budget- so to be able to get them faster and cheaper in the UK is fantastic. Their stock selection is pretty broad too- not just horror.
Their customer service is excellent- if you contact them, you aren’t talking to a chat-bot, you are talking to a person who works for the company. Huge thanks for them today for helping me track down something I have been looking for but had given up on.

Not really the best packaging so Blu-ray was damaged during transport. Returned for a refund as it then was out of stock. Seller promised to also refund the return postage but that never happened and seller does not respond anymore.

Update: I had long given up on this, it’s been like 4-5 months now but suddenly I got the return postage refunded. Better laaate than never I guess, but anyway, I’m giving them two extra stars for fulfilling their promise after all.

Been using this website for awhile now and they are the best one in the UK for underground/hard to find films. In the past I had to import from the US which was very costly due to postage but with filmtreasures the delivery is very cheap and very quick!

Used them for the first time and will definitely use again. I bought the US 4k blu ray of The Warriors and was firstly very impressed with the price - cheaper than getting from the US and without the threat of any import duty. It arrived within a few days too, much quicker than I was expecting at this time of year.

Fast dispatch, 48hr delivery and the film (phenomena 4k) arrived in mint condition. Will be ordering more from this company.

Found a collectible that was hard to find in the UK because of its recent production discontinuation. Not only did they have it, the price was much better than other places which had this item in stock. There was a little bit of a wait, however considering the item isn't easy to come by in the UK, that is understandable. Highly recommended if you live in the uk and like collectible items. I will be checking this site out more in future.

I have used this company a few times, and their service is beyond excellent. They have items you can’t usually find anywhere - DVDS etc.. I have been looking for a certain “Hammer Horror” movie for years, and found it with Film Treasures. Quick dispatch and very helpful.

Great finding a UK-based company that can supply a fantastic range of physical media, including boutique labels/titles from the US.

I've placed a couple of orders recently for some US 4K discs/ Both orders were dealt with quickly, with tracking information supplied, and, extremely importantly for collectors, excellent packaging. All discs arrived in pristine condition. So glad I found this site and will be a regular customer.
