Morning Glenda, I am afraid we can't find anything relating to an order from yourself. In recent months, we have only had one order from a Glenda, and it was not for a storage cupboard. As this review has come through organically, we can't cross-reference to an order number, nor have our customer service team had a message from yourself to chase this up. Please could you contact sales@filstorage.com or call 01430 410 450 with your order reference so we can investigate further.
Update: Hi Glenda, thank you for getting in touch directly. As discussed, our customer care team believe that you have not placed an order with us, as there is no order number/reference or any details that are associated to Filstorage that refer to an order from yourself and the email address provided. If we can offer any further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We will be happy to assist you if we can. Thank you.

Exactly as described, and easy to build
Arrived in good time- 4 working days. Well packaged and good instructions. Had no difficulty assembling alone until putting roof on and shelves in.
Looks good, fits well in space and holds plenty.
Have taped all ‘seams’ inside and out to help keep ‘water resistant’ but looked pretty good for a modular build.

They deal with issues just give them time.
After all the issues with their supplier filstorage went out of their way to resolve it quickly there is no further issue and I am very happy with the result.
I won’t however be buying anything from Monster Shop ever again.
