Finally got a filter that fit the


Finally got a filter that fit the engine after 3 tries. Filter price was ok, but shipping was almost twice as much as the Filter. However, Filter got shipped and I received it in a timely manner. Over a week earlier than the lead time was

2001
yanmar b15-3 return filter

Looked online for a filter for a 2001 mini digger, had trouble getting one for a decent price, but filter finder came up trumps, was delivered when they said it would be and kept me updated with the delivery.
I would highly recommend this company
One very happy customer.

It wasn't explained that there would be tax on it coming in to the country ,which made more expensive than justified me buying it online

We do acknowledge that all orders are sent under DAP terms however, we are now making an effort to make sure we collect all duties at checkout for the customer and ship via DDP terms to make sure this doesn't happen again in future.

At the time of your order we advised a delivery date of December 11th however, we are sorry if this was missed.

After speaking with your colleague Lewis earlier this week, we’re pleased to confirm we’ve managed to improve on this date, and your order will now be shipped three weeks early on November 22nd.
