Total scam company, I ordered the toothpaste it comes from china, it made no difference asked for a refund which I was told I couldn’t have despite there being a “ guaranteed 180 day refund” they offered a partial refund which I accepted and they have taken money out of my account not put it in! Now I can’t get hold of them ! Stay away
I ordered denperm cavity repair x2 on 21st September, it is now 10th October and have not received my order yet and not easy to get in touch with them either.
I ordered the cavity tooth filler and paid over £29 this was a month ago.
Iv received nothing and after sending lots of emails and still got no reply

I am just contacting my bank.
Absolute scam. I ordered the viocore toothpaste which is supposed to stop bleeding gums. First they took too much money out. Around £5 which they said was for postage but the ad said free postage. Then it took over a month to get here and when the package got here it was just normal Chinese toothpaste. Luckily my bank did a chargeback and I got a full refund.
Scam scam scam had to cancel bank cards and report to police. Preying on vulnerable people who can't afford dentist. Disgusting and disgraceful
