Retirement advice
The financial advisors at Tilney contacted me shortly after my initial Financial Advisor inquiry and we had a good discussion about my needs. This was followed up by their fee proposal to provide advice relating to my retirement options. A very good outcome, at a time when I really need good financial advice.

I have had one meeting with the FA and a number of phone calls. I am now waiting for information he is coming back withW.we will then have another meeting. So far very pleased with the progress. I have given four stars as the business is not concluded

It can be daunting contacting a Financial Adviser to discuss your private financial situation. My Advisor explained the services they offered and went straight to purpose of my call and gave sound advice and caution. Most of all he was approachable, down to earth and made himself relevant, by adapting the conversation, so that we had a good rapport. It was an enlightening encounter, and I have taken his advice onboard and will contact the company in the near future.

Became even ruder when I asked for his name so that I could lodge a formal complaint against him. Avoid this company at ALL costs

The financial advisor made contact with me very quickly. She was able to answer questions I asked regarding my pension and advised me what I should do next . After the initial chat she made herself available if I had other queries . Finally the advice she provided was straight forward and easy to understand. I have plans to use her in the future when things are more stable regarding Covid
