Complete scam artists. They don't hold any stock. Had to get refund via charge back on credit card, after the repeated emails telling me there was a delay with the supplier (how when the website says they hold the stock??). Not sure how they are still operating with number of complaints. Avoid at all costs.

Cancelled item, still no refund after 3 months, won’t answer calls or emails! AVOID!!

This company is a complete scam. The only good reviews on here are those in the names of Patel. Same as the director of the company. I ordered goods on 3rd September 2024, and after some days I got a message saying delivery would be delayed some time. I cancelled my order and they promised to send a refund. December 3rd and still not received it. All attempts to contact them totally ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered a nash xl ground sheet, paid for it and was told 8 days to deliver , after 4 days was told a further 8 days due to shortage of stock . Waited 3 weeks and emailed , phoned , and went on there web page message service , asked for a refund but still to this day I have had no contact from them . When you call the phone rings then cuts off , emails go unanswered as do there bot chat
.my advise is not to order as you will just loose your money

The bbq never arrived. I was given a load of excuses and then Finangler just ceased all communication. Total scam!

Product never arrived had to get bank to chase a refund. Avoid at all costs

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was scammed, no product and no refund. I had seen the reviews and stupidly still ordered from Finangler. I did however use my credit card so I have just received my money back from them, after about 3 months or so. Do not buy from here, it's a scam. Be warned

In July I ordered & paid for a Weber Traveler BBQ, estimated delivery within a week. It didn't arrive. I contacted the company, who apologised and said they'd sent an email a few days previously stating there would be a delay. I didn't receive it.
Another week or so went by, still no BBQ. I contacted them again. They cited supplier issues, but promised delivery, "Early next week." NOTHING!
They made no contact with me and I had to do all the chasing. By now it's September, I requested a refund, which they agreed to. It didn't arrive within their given timescale. I contacted them again, no response. I tried email, chatbot, telephone....no response. I contacted my credit card company, who looked in to the matter and after I provided them with the email string and details, re-credited my account.
Avoid this company!

I can't actually believe you have asked me to rate service! If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a fishing chair in August and communication was very good to start with but after nearly 4 weeks of waiting for it to arrive and 4 weeks of excuses I asked for a refund! As soon as I asked for a refund they informed me it would take up to 21 business day which is pretty much a month for my money back. After a month passed I tried contacting them via phone and email but got nowhere. Eventually I contacted my bank who refunded me but it's been a long stressful process. Anyone who is looking at ordering from them really should do their homework and avoid. Absolutely appalling service and then ignore you when you want your money back for goods they never even sent! I only wish I checked the reviews before ordering.

Well the goods never came...... thanks to a good bank we got our money back...

Suggest if you don't actually have a functioning truthful business you should close the scam website down

Ordered a Avid Benchmark Bed, after weeks of chasing them and constanlty being promised it would arrive, suddenly NO response at all.
Claimed my money back through my credit card.

Unfortunatly, 0 stars is not an option on this rating system as they do not deserve 1 star. I ordered some bite alarms on the 6th August this year. After numerous excuses as to why they had not arrived and waiting until the 12th September I asked for a refund. As of today (4th November) I still haven't received either the items or a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PAY A FEW POUNDS MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE......
