Went to pay for parking and this site came up . Charged 60p for something which I did not require and tried to charge my bank 29.99 next day . Luckily the bank blocked the transaction but I have all the inconvenience of waiting for a new card

This is a ridiculous app, that came out whilst trying to pay for a car park in Leeds. I was in a rush and getting late for work when I tried to pay for car park, debited my account 60pence when in realize that this is not the correct app for parking payment. I had a busy shift so completely forgot checking my account on same day. The following day I had payment of 29.95£ in my account. This prompt me to check this and turned out to be a subscription fee. I cancel the subscription straight away proving that i do not have the intention to used this App. I was late 2 hrs passed the apparent 24hr trial period. I demand a refund in which they refused. In my view customers who do not require the service should have consideration of a refund. Clearly all of us who has done the same mistake felt like we have been rip off. Easy money for this company. how can they sleep at nigh by scamming the vulnerable. I will fight for my right and will continue to ask for a refund. why should I be force to use the service that i do not need! I am not a hiker or a traveller. i was just trying to pay for my car park!

Horrible experience

Another one who fell for it thinking I was downloading a parking app. Charged 60p then bank blocked a further payment of £29.99 following day. Good observance from First direct banking.

They are scammers!

I thought I was paying for parking. They charged 60p. Then tried to take another, much larger, payment from my account. Fortunately my bank blocked it.

It looks like this findandloc company is into a scam business that uses click bate ads to get people to use their app, the moment you use your card once on their app, they save it without your consent and start taking money from it without your consent or you using their service, I have been trying to get my money back but not successful yet.

STAY AWAY! Like many others I was trying to sign up for a parking app and their ad popped up and thinking I was signing up for tge parking app I subscribed. Within minutes I tried to cancel and saw on my visa the next day a 45.00 charge. I emailed them trying to get my money back. I have contacted my visa asking them to investigate this greasy company. YES STAY AWAY!!

When trying to download a parking app, a findandloc message popped up and I inadvertently signed up for their service. I realized my error in a matter of minutes, and immediately canceled their service. Their offer was $0.9 for 24 hours, but I cancel their service in a matter of minutes. Long story short, the day I subscribed they charged me 2 x $0.9, the following day (that I didn't noticed) charged me $45 and the following month another $45. I am trying to get all my money back except the first $0.9... Be careful with this company, run away from them if you can!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. IT DOES NOT!!! TRACK YOUR PHONE AT ALL. 49.50 EURO FOR A TEXT MESSAGE TO SAY " A LOVED ONE IS TRYING TO FIND YOU". YET IN AN EMAIL THEY CLAIM IT DOESN'T TRACK PEOPLE. WHATS THE POINT OF A TEXT THEN! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

It is cheat but unfortunately legal and smart FOMO behavior IMHO dirty way how to get money. When you are first time on the pages will be prompted for 0.5eur and this service is used mostly when you are loosing phone under stress. Nobody is able to read contract when wanna get his phone back. Absolutely i didn't expect that they will grab next amount of money automatically without owner approve. Right way for their info - Let the trial for 0.5 Eur, but do not automatically grab your victims money :( Karma is for free

Je to podvod na uživatele. Automatická aktivace předplatného na měsíční bázi. Automatické obnovování předplatného. Sbírá osobní informace. Užitím ztratím "právo na odstoupení od smlouvy". Služba technicky nefunguje tak jak je prezentována. Zablokujte si platební kartu včas. NEDOPORUČUJI.

It’s just a subscription trap.

I have no idea how I became involved with them, nor how they accessed my bank account. On 26 June, I received a notification from my bank showing a withdrawal of 20 THB by “FINDANDLOC.” I had no idea what this was, so I began to investigate.

The next day, on 27 June, a second withdrawal of 1,102 THB was made by the same company. I immediately took the matter seriously and eventually managed to contact their support.

They replied saying I had subscribed to their services and therefore they couldn’t issue a full refund, but they had cancelled my “subscription.” What subscription?!

I’ve had no response from them since.
Does anyone know who I can report this company to?

I agree with every thing that people are saying about this scam company. Do what I have done call your bank explain what has happened get them to cancel your debit card or credit card and send you a new one. Happy days no more gharges from Findandlock.

Schade dass ma nicht 0 Sterne vergeben kann! 50 Euro werden kassiert und man bekommt keinen Leistung dafür!

Signed up to track my phone but the service did nothing I`m stuck with these charges now

They don`t track anithing all I got were charges on my account I want a refund

This service didn`t help me find anything and just kept charging me absolute rip-off

Tried to use x1 for 90cents. Got charged 44.00 next day. Complete scam. DO NOT USE.
