Tracking info is automatically sent as soon as our shipping team processes your order and makes a label for the package provided we have an email. Very knowledgable and quite helpful
Called and spoke with Ryan regarding some specific needs around CBD preparations. Was extremely helpful and was able to steer me directly to what (so far) has turned out to be a great choice.

Great Service.
The information that I was able to get over the live chat feature was great. I accidentally bought something ingredients that I was allergic to. Even though it was totally my fault for not checking the ingredients, clearly posted on the website, they let me return it for full credit.

I ordered a few items I heard about from the radio interviews that are done on WIBA. Always very informative when I can catch those. Was surprised to get my order delivered the same day I ordered. Love the Terry Naturally local products, too. Great service all the way around.

A friend recommended that I try some…
A friend recommended that I try some CBD oil. I stopped at the Middleton location and the young lady who helped me was very informative and spent time explaining the product and how to use it. I felt much better about the process than I expected and appreciate her assistance.
