I ordered a product to be delivered and had an issue with the website. I called and got help right away got it ordered for next day delivery. By the next day, however it wasn't delivered. I called and again they were super helpful and it was explained to me that they were short staffed. I'm completely understanding of being short-staffed and issues beyond the limits that can be fixed, but I wish I didn't have to reach out. Great products great price.

I was able to find my Calm Gummies when was having trouble finding them elsewhere. You were very prompt in sending them out and I received them In a timely manner. Thank you.

Ordering on line was easy and my order came quick!

I purchase CBD capsules for my autistic brother that seem to help him a lot. Medicaid well not cover CBD, I pay for it myself. Very happy with the product and the knowledgeable staff. The customer service when it comes to anything else has issues. Because my brother lives in a home where he has staff that care for him, I set up auto ship for every 2 months to be sure my brother would be able to continue his progress with CBD and I wouldn't have to worry about him running out. His staff was sent the correct 2 month supply on 8/25/21, but then it was sent again 9/2/21 and 9/8/21. To almost $300 all on one month. I can't afford that extra expense. I called when I realized this was happening, before the 3rd order was sent. I was told it would be cancelled. It wasn't. Today I called again to see if they would rectify the situation. I explained how the CBD isn't mailed to me but my brothers staffing agency. That was I big reason I did not know this was happening since I wasn't getting the product at my home. They asked if could give me a call back. I had hopes that they would step up and do the right thing, unfortunately that did not happen. I was asked what I wanted "the CBD doesn't expire until 2023" really???? I explained why that wasn't a good idea. No offer to refund at least 1 of the 3??? I will be disputing the transactions now. I tried to do the right thing and call.
Update: I was contacted after this review, but the result was unacceptable. I was mailed products that I did not order and was changed. The products are not shipped directly to my home and were opened. I was offered a 50% in-store credit on items I did not order. Customer service is more than lacking. My advise would be never to set up auto ship.

Very happy with the product Metabo Go-Go. I do feel since I started using this my sugar craving are less, and I am satisfied and able to go longer with less snacking and seem to be filling up with out eating as much. This is bottle number 2 will continue to purchase as use the product as long as it seems to work for me.

I ordered the Solgar Whey to go. When it came it was not the same can and wording as shown in the picture. Probably won't order again.

Ordering online was easy. I love the free delivery. You did not have one item I was looking for, and a quick phone call verified that it was not available. It was good to have the phone call option while ordering online.

Ordered my product on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon! I was pleasantly surprised!
Have only been taking my supplements a couple days so haven’t noticed a difference yet, but I am optimistic!

First time I trying cbd oil. I like capsule. I which more info about cbd oil. I just turn sixty, leg cramp a major issue.
Taking for 2 night seem to help.
