We're sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your experience. We totally get how disappointing it can be when a product doesn’t work out—and we’re here to help however we can.
Our refund policy does state that we offer store credit for opened products rather than refunds to the original payment method. This helps us keep our standards high and continue offering premium supplements to our community.
That said, our Certified Wellness Consultants are always available to guide you toward a product that might be a better fit for your needs. We’d love the opportunity to help you find something that does work for you.

Great outcome
In the beginning I was disappointed with how a discount was handled but after speaking to Tim about it I was taken care of very well. I have always been pleased with all my purchases and now I’m very very happy with the customer service that was provided. Certainly will continue shopping with the Healthy Place 😁

I am so sorry about this misunderstanding. After I talked with the consultant that connected with you I found out that he did not understand that he could give a partial refund. Our website and brick and mortars are two different systems and he is newer with our company.
No harm meant and I would like to refund your order the $15 and then an extra $5 as a small token of my appreciation for this situation. I would be frustrated too! All I need is your email and I can find your order! My email is tim@findyourhealthyplace.com The consultant remembered the conversation but I am wanting to confirm that we have the correct Roxanne! Please forgive us as we try to make this right for you!

I’ve been going to healthy place for a few years. The staff has always been really friendly and anxious to share their experience and knowledge of the products they’re selling.
I started using CBD before coming to the healthy place but it was the staff here that helped me get dialed in. Plus how do you beat free local delivery? Awesome! Thank you!

I have been a customer for 3 years now-…
I have been a customer for 3 years now- I wish it was longer! I use CBD oil for arthritis pain and it works wonders so I thought I’d try some on my very hyper dog for anxiety. I just started him on it 4 days ago and I’m seeing results already! Highly recommend this business as they are very knowledgeable and friendly.
