We’ve the pleasure of dealing with Nga at Fine Asian Escapes for our Vietnam holiday. She took time time to understand what we’d like to achieve from the trip and crafted a perfect itinerary for us. We hiked, cruised, biked, went on an overnight train, rowed a bamboo boat, learned how to make Pho noodle etc. It was very hot and the traffic was mad but nonetheless it was a very enriching holiday and everyone had a blast! Thank you Nga, the team at Fine Asian Escapes and all the wonderful guides and drivers for taking care of us so well and making our time away so special.

We've just returned from an absolutely amazing 10-day holiday in North and Central Vietnam, and we can't express enough gratitude to Fine Asian Escapes. We specifically sought out a local company specializing in luxury travel, and they turned out to be the perfect choice. Trang, our main contact, was simply incredible. She crafted a comprehensive itinerary that covered all the popular destinations, took care of our internal flights, and provided insightful suggestions for activities that she thought we would enjoy. She also remained in constant communication as our holiday approached.

The hotels arranged by Fine Asian Escapes were exceptional. I must mention the Sofitel Legend Metropole in Hanoi, which left us in awe. Staying there was like stepping into an iconic and historic place. Our Ha Long Bay cruise with Capella was another highlight, offering a luxurious experience. Kayaking in the bay was simply breathtaking and a memory that will stay with us forever.

We love our guides - Hanh, Phong, and Andy were absolutely amazing! They were not only knowledgeable but also made our journey fun and accommodated our requests with ease. We highly recommend joining one of the street food tours in Hoi An, where we had what we believe to be the best Banh Mi ever.

We are on our last days at a beautiful resort in Vietnam and I felt compelled to write this. We wanted an amazing bespoke package to Vietnam and Nga came to our rescue, at a very short notice. She listened to what we wanted and suggested a perfect itinerary for us, drawing on her extensive knowledge of her country. The trip has been phenomenal! We particularly loved our stay in Sapa which felt like a different world with beautiful landscapes and rich local cultures. It was a long bus ride but we felt it was totally worth it. We also loved exploring Hue and trying the imperial cakes and desserts. An Lam Nha Trang, our last stop, is out of this world! The guides were very patient with us asking millions of questions and we felt well looked after. Thank you again Fine Asian Escapes for such a wonderful holiday.

Our family had an amazing holiday in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos with Fine Asian Escapes. Trang was very prompt with her responses and sent us a drafted itinerary within 24 hours of our first email. We are a party of 5 and had different requests regarding what we wanted to see and do, the kind of hotels we liked, and the must-have facilities. I can say that nothing was too much trouble! The highlights of the trip were the Ha Long Bay cruise, street food tour in Hoi An, Mekong Delta floating market, monk blessings in Cambodia, and visiting the Kuang Si waterfall in Laos. I could go on and on! Everyone in our group absolutely loved the trip. The hotels were also fantastic, offering very good value for money, and we had next-door or interconnecting rooms throughout. It was a 10/10 trip, and we are delighted that we booked through Fine Asian Escapes.

My husband and I used Fine Asian Escape to organize our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip to Vietnam and are so please we did as Trang executed to perfection every aspects of our trip.

Trang and her team take care of you from your arrival to departure so you never have to stress about anything. They will also respond promptly to all your requests and helped me retrieve my IPad, which I forgot on the plane on our arrival.

All the selected hotels were excellent, very confortable and attentive to our needs. The drivers were very safe and their cars well kept and confortable with cold water bottles and even some cold towels.

As other have mentioned Trang was always available and kept in touch throughout our 2 week trip. She made sure that our trip was the most enjoyable and memorable for our wedding anniversary.

All the guides who travelled with us were extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpfull and fluent in English. They were helpful in locating a leather store in Hanoi, which I found on Instagram, and upon our arrival in Hoi An, in the evening, accommodated our last minute request to go to a tailor to have some clothes made. The guide in HCMC was very attentive, knowledgeable and very motherly regarding our confort and needs.

Overall, we would not have had such a beautiful trip without Trang and Fine Asia Escape. We will definitely go back to Vietnam and work with them again. Do not hesitate to use the services of Trang and her team, you will not regret it. You can trust Trang to plan and organize the trip of a lifetime for you !

A friend in Vietnam recommended Fine Asian Escapes, and we are so glad we went with them for our trip from Vietnam to Cambodia. Everything went like clockwork. We had four flights, lots of transfers, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. The drivers were so polite and punctual, the hotels were just what we wanted, and the guides were so personable and knowledgeable. The trip was done at the pace we preferred, and we were never rushed from A to B. Hoi An and Siem Reap were just magical, and I already daydreamed of going back. Trang is the best! Youve got a friend !...thats how I 'd describe Trangs genuine concern and ability to fully understand and execute to perfection our every requirement! From working out the iternary incorporating our myriad requests from the arts and crafts, cultural programmes, architecture, sightseeing, focused shopping, special food requirements, to excellent comfort standards and overall ease of travel made our trip to Vietnam truly enjoyable.
She was always just a call away for any issue and kept in touch throughout our 15 day holiday to check if we were okay. The guides she selected ..each one extremely knowledgible, helpfull and fluent in English and the extremely polite and safe drivers selected at every place we visited

We have travelled to many different countries where the travel agent has set up an itinerary and seen us through the journey . But on this trip to Vietnam ; our experience was truly amazing . Before embarking on the trip ; we had given a brief to ms Trangs about what are we looking for and she managed to fit in everything that we wanted to do and MORE. In each city the guides organised for us were enthusiastic; knowledgeable and highly accommodating. Ms trangs also checked whether we were comfortable or not every single day on what’s app and was very eager to please . Made our stay SO meaningful.

Trang was incredibly efficient with helping us plan and implement our ten day trip to Northern Vietnam. She provided us options and then executed the options we chose efficiently. We didn't have to worry about anything. All the plans occurred on time and the guides and the drivers she sent us were all very kind and accommodating. Trang also came to the rescue when one of us forgot our passport on the boat in Halong. The passport was delivered the same day to Hanoi and we didn't have to worry at all.

My family recently visited from America and Trang ensured that their trip was as smooth of possible.

From personalized itineraries to getting an immigration agent to meet them at the gate 4 hours before they landed (I forgot to ask in advance), nothing was too much. When booking their tour from Saigon > to Phu Quoc, Trang came up with the perfect agenda, hotels, and recommendations on places to go that I’d never even heard of.

This was my first time using a travel agent like this and if Trang’s professionalism speaks anything of her industry, it definitely won’t be the last!

Trang has helped put together a wonderful honeymoon trip for us at Crown Retreat Resort Quy Nhon. We were so worried before this trip as there're so many hotel choices in Quy Nhon. However Trang did make it easy and enjoyable to scan through options with private beach, own bungalow and most importantly within our budget. Trang is super helpful when she noticed the hotel in advance about our honeymoon stay and we got free upgrade and two glasses of wine complimentary. We can't thank her enough and have already booked with Trang for our next trip in Thailand.
