I had some inquiries about using Fineshare, so I got in touch with customer support. They responded quite quickly, even providing screenshots and thorough instructions without displaying any signs of impatience.

The AI voices are great and all that and it’s fun and easy to use. However, I found if your on the AI voices for free you get 10 minutes a month… 10 minutes?! Like, I understand these AI voices and other crap cost money and that there should be an option to have to pay to use it at anytime but to only give free users 10 minutes a month? I think is a bit harsh

Absolute schiatte. Don't waste your money. These guys are about 2 years out from having a robust product. The software is clunky to use. And the end result sounds like an autistic, androgenous version of the voice you're trying to achieve. It's so bogus it should be freeware.

What I would like to add

I would like to more built-in video editing tools directly in the app, such as the ability to crop or add effects. It would also be great to be able to integrate with other popular content creation platforms.

Overall, I rate FineCam 5 stars out of 5! I so many screen recorder programs, but this one something specific and I like it! If you to a platform that you to stream your online camera on Twitter meetings and video podcasts, attention to this product. It is ideal with services such as Zoom, Twitch and OBS.

The software was ok, though it did crash on me in one memorable occasion, which was frustrating.

The 1 star review is due to their making unduly difficult to cancel the subscription. You have to go through several steps, and in the end get on their chat and ask to cancel. Unacceptable

The software is actually quite good, but mine resolutely refuses to allow me to use a virtual background, the main reason (together with 1680 webcam resolution) I purchased rather than kept to the "free" version.

Their discount offer (one of those fake timer things sadly beloved by con-merchants - I'm not saying Fineshare are con-merchants . . . . yet) promised a reduction that was 15% wrong in the company's favour after I paid.

I have emailed their customer services 7 times now in 4 weeks. There has been no reply and not even an acknowledgement.

I suspect the best way forward may end up having to destroy this company's increasingly-seeming dubious reputation on social media if they are going to continue to trade in this manner.

UPDATE: I received a reply, but no email address to write to (they do not respond to enquiries sent to their customer/technical service email address). And using the terminology favoured ONLY by Zombies or professionally by the sea rescue services "I may reach out to them" irritated me excessively.

good luck trying to cancel....it's criminal there even allowed to operate. I guess for the rest of my life I will have to hope they don't keep charging my credit card, and will ask my bank what I can do to block them.

Purchased credits for Singify, one of their products, and they started to secretly charge me a monthly subscription. I enjoyed their product but they ruined the experience when their "Cancel Subscription" link, buried in their footer, takes you to a useless page that doesn't allow you to cancel. Then, when you use their recommended paddle.net site, which is strange in and of itself, the third-party site can't even find your payments with fineshare. Clearly they are attempting to inflate profits through building a wall around canceling an account and then offering zero reasonable and convenient customer support options like online chat or phone. Do not provide them with your CC info unless you want to go through a massive hassle to stop them from charging you monthly fees.

I registered for voice cloning. Paid for same and then couldn't log in. Every time I tried to reset my password it said it wasn't registered yet when I tried to re-register it said it was already registered! I contacted support but didn't hear anything.

Malicious and causes BSODs
Yeah, not the only one to experience this,

Trying to install Finevoice led to a major problem with BSOD loop because of system errors caused by some of the files installed. Deleting these files was also problematic because of included access protection. Several other users have met the same problem (check Reddit). Looking at the website makes me very suspicious (AI-generated visual assets, fake reviews, etc.). Users beware!

I paid to try it but did not want to use it sent an email to cancel it and I deleted my account only to be billed again! and I followed their online instructions on how to cancel it! yet it was not cancelled

I have been using various softwares for streaming and I was having a problem having my name below and the log at the top while on my one side the slides and the other side image. I was looking for a software that could do all these all under one roof, fineshare so far is the best software I have found and I recommend it to both beginners and professionals.

Well, I purchased a one year license and due to it NOT working as well as the current one I have, I decided to get a refund (which was in my right to do so via their 30 day money back guarantee). So, the following day, I did as their site instructed me to for my refund. Now, a week later and my 2nd follow-up email, I hear crickets. So, I guess they do not respond to email requests and I'll just have to get a hold of my bank.
- This is a shame due to they have a good platform, just not for my computer. And yes, I did read their system requirements which I have more than enough for their requirements.

Absolutely worth money as per performance. No problem to integrate with OBS and other apps, and excellent quality and reliability on the transmission of mobile camara over the WIFI. Special thanks to the support team during the purchase and setting of the software.
