I was highly stressed about doing my taxes this year and my anxiety was sky high constantly worrying that I was going to mess it up as I didn't fully understand the process especially as my job is rather specialised.

I finally booked up with Finmo but was still unsure about that decision until Alex jumped on a call with me and put my fears to rest. Alex was super helpful, (very) patient and flexible which I really appreciated especially as I was abroad and my timezone made things rather inconvenient for her yet she remained friendly and positive throughout. She was always there to reassure me in regards to any questions I had. And I had a lot!

Having several eyes on my tax return made me feel less anxious about the process and my gaps in knowledge. The system was pretty user friendly and straight forward. I did need a few clarifications but they were swiftly met by Alex.

I had no experience with my tax accounts or self assessment. I had so many questions and they were all answered; with signposted information, explanations or phone calls. I felt like I had a lot of support. I will definitely be using this service again, every year.

I think if you are a small business, like me, this software and accountancy support is perfect. Value for money.

Finmo is a very easy and helpful to do your tax return.

Alex is very helpful and replays very fast, I was so worried and stressed out about my tax return but Alex sorted it out, recommend to all and expecially new people who are doing there tax return.

This is a brilliant service. Totally takes the stress out of filling your tax return and on that basis I think it is very good value for money. This was my 2nd time using them and Alex was excellent. Very patient and professional. I would absolutely recommend this service without hesitation and will definitely be using them again.

It was my first time filing my tax return so I had no clue what I was doing. After I joined Finmo everything made sense. I was able to do a self- assessment and file my tax return with the help and support from Alex. She was quick to respond to my messages or queries and, did her best to sort out any issues I had. I filed my first tax return and am so pleased I used Finmo to help me out. Alex has been so helpful in answering my MANY questions. The app is brilliant too and makes it really easy to track expenses and monthly income, as well as keeping track of tax. Makes filling a breeze – I'll definitely be using them next year.

I've been using Finmo for almost a year now and they've seen me successfully through my first tax return - and it was pretty pain-free for something I'd been dreading. I am USELESS at accounts for my freelance biz so I needed all the handholding. The team are patient and always helpful. Alex is a rockstar, and before she joined, JD was really great at explaining the software and sharing his tax knowledge with me. The free software is so helpful for tracking your income and I felt fully supported when I paid the extra money to have the team look at my tax return for me. 100% worth the money.

User-friendly and top-class customer service!

This was my first time completing a self-assessment which can be a daunting process. Finmo saved the day. They guided me through the whole process, articulating precisely what was required and were readily available on chat to answer any questions I had.

I will definitely recommend Finmo to my fellow freelancers. Their user interface is easy to use making the process hassle-free. You can fill in the data in your own time and automatically save your progress which is perfect for those with unpredictable or busy schedules.

I'm not one who usually posts reviews on Trustpilot however you must give credit where credit's due and I was really impressed by Finmo. Their service is reasonably priced, has a fast turnaround and their staff are very helpful. 5 stars!

Honestly I don't know where I would be without Finmo to help with accounts and taxes. Self Assessment is a headache for any self employed person, especially when you throw in PAYE! Always quick to respond, diligent and on the ball, I trust these guys every year and have been singing their praises - totally worth every penny (which is an expense, too!)
