I'am totally happy with finset from beginning to end with the experience

Staff are lovely

The staff were brilliant. Very fast and friendly and got us all set up with the loan we needed. All the way from start to finish pointing out all the details and explaining all of the cost involved so, Yes I would use them again.

Was referred to Finset in 2025 by a car sales representative who I was buying a vehicle from. Unfortunately, the vehicle sale fell through due to the car having a technical issue that meant they had to pull the plug on the sale. That being said, Finset were very efficient at the time and so I always kept them in mind for future as it was them who were providing me with the finance…
Fast forward a year to me now buying a new car again I contacted Finset myself to request a finance check for a car loan to see if I would still be accepted on last years terms before I went and found a vehicle that I were to set my heart on and not be accepted!
Called them on the phone, had to send a few documents over email to prove a few things like income and ID etc. they asked what sort of car budget I were looking @ and were able to create a dummy vehicle application around that price so we could see if I would be accepted.
Overall, had a very quick turn around, I spoke to them and sent everything they needed over in a day and someone called me back the very next day to let me know my offer has been accepted and I was able to ring a car sales company and make an offer on a vehicle that I’d found, right away.
When needing to contact me regarding the signing of documents or if I needed to call and contact Finset to double check anything, the phone was always answered pretty quickly, the staff were helpful and efficient, and email instructions were always very clear with the next steps to complete my request.
Very happy and would recommend Finset to anyone.

From start to finish, they were very helpful, explained everything that I needed to know, very knowledgeable about the company and made everything easy.
