This is a scam. I am getting small dollar amounts charged on my credit card without any explanation and they don't answer the support phone number.

This product is progressively getting worse. They keep sending updates to try and fix problems....it doesn't. The original problems aren't any better and the updates are only creating new issues. I work for a state entity and this has to be the worst program out of the 12 that I use on a daily basis.

Stay away from this company!! AVOID availing this company's services because it has some of the most toxic and rude employees I've ever interacted with. The customer service of this company was horrible, and the employees were unnecessarily hostile and aggressive, not to mention rude. They sounded very disinterested in resolving the problems I raised.
