The FIRA app was launched in April 2022. With FIRA, SMEs, craftsmen, and entrepreneurs can create invoices that comply with legal requirements. FIRA automatically reconciles incoming payments with outstanding invoices by leveraging open banking connections (PSD2) to all major European banks. Outgoing expenses are also tracked, and the app automatically extracts data using AI-powered OCR technology. Invoices can optionally be generated based on recorded time entries. Additionally, a detailed drill-down management reporting feature is available, providing deeper financial insights. By offering digital and efficient workflows, as well as a real-time data source for a company’s key financial metrics, FIRA acts as a "Digital CFO for SMEs". FIRA is a fully responsive web application that runs seamlessly on all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones (Apple iOS, Android, etc.). It also integrates effortlessly with third-party accounting and ERP systems, ensuring a smooth financial management experience. What FIRA Offers: 1. Invoice Management: From quotes to invoices, including e-invoices and fiscal invoices. 2. Bank Account Integration: Track transactions from multiple bank accounts in one place. Automatically recognize incoming payments and update invoice payment statuses. 3. Incoming Invoice Management: Monitor due dates for payments. AI-powered OCR for automatic extraction of invoice details and faster processing. 4. Financial Overview: Analyze revenue, expenses, and VAT obligations. Advanced dashboard with additional insights, including top clients, suppliers, and key financial metrics. 5. Accounting Collaboration: Easily transfer all documents and required reports for monthly processing directly from FIRA. 6. Support for Sole Proprietors & Flat-Rate Businesses: Generate reports for tax authorities. 7. Webshop Integration: Automate invoicing for sales through online stores.

Amazing service and customer support

Amazing service and customer support. Marko is always available and happy to help. He has helped us set everything up and always went above and beyond to provide help. Very happy with FIRA overall. Would recommend!

Fira is perfect ten

Since I discovered Fira, issuing regular and e-invoices has become easy. Everything is connected and clear, almost in a few clicks. Customer support is always available and every problem is solved in record time. For every recommendation. A perfect ten!
