An excellent service. The product arrived on time and was as described online. It is now installed and working as expected.

Very good value for money. Impressive quick, high speed delivery.

I ordered a bottom bracket set, which was hard to find elsewhere. It arrived promptly, was as advertised, and solved my problem. Also the price was good. A no frills parts service at reasonable prices.

These sealed bearings are really good i bought them for my back wheel and they work a treat

I needed a bottom bracket for my electric bike. Having found it very difficult to identify the correct parts on the internet, I reached out to FireCloud Cycles via an email on a Sunday. I very quickly received an email from Richard who asked me to measure a few more dimensions. Afterwards he identified the parts and I submitted an online order. The parcel arrived within 48 hours. The parts fitted perfectly and I am very pleased to get my e-bike back on the road. From this initial experience, I highly recommend FireCloud Cycles for Service, Good prices and products.

BE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE WELFARE AND SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!

Products and bikes they sell are defective / faulty..& Inferior!!!

"A BRAND NEW BIKE"

Should never come with Problems or Safety issues as follows !!

Then when you need to return faulty goods, they expect you the customer to foot the bill and the expense of returning the bike by courier..!!

Do not accept this..!!!!!!!

They should arrange for there own courier for sending you a defective bike!!!
Especially on faulty goods!!

They did on this occasion finally agree to arrange there courier to collect the bike!!
After some initial disagreement I had on the issue of returning the bike at my cost!!

Once the bike is in transit with a courier the bike is the couriers responsibility to deliver back to company from A too B safely without damage in transit!!

It Is Not the customers responsibility while in transit !!

Then when the bike is returned they Do Not Fully Refund you - for the bike you bought..!!!!!
In good faith and trust as a customer with your hard earned money!!

They take a photo of a bike with a scratch on that is not the same bike you returned and packaged!!!

This is there way of getting there money back for the courier that delivered and collected the bike from you the customer for a bike that is not fit for purpose in the first place !!!!!!

Absolute Disgrace !!!!

There is no quality checks on bikes prior to it being sent out to customers!!!!!

If only they did this in the first place
There would probably be no bikes being returned from customers - Simples!

All bikes being sent out to customers should at least be checked that there in good order and fit for purpose!!

Quality Control !!!

Not too much to ask as a customer and especially if your buying a bike for a child!!!

The products are cheap and as the saying goes... to good to be true!!!
That's exactly what it is!!!

The bikes do look nice in pictures online!
I nearly bought two bikes from this Company.
So relieved now I never!

But don't be nieve as I was..
Seeing is not believing unless you have a product that is fit for purpose and more importantly SAFE!!!!!

I initially bought this bike as a Birthday Present for my daughter.
Then if all was okay and had there been no issues, I would have certainly had greater confidence in Firecloud Cycles & I would have continued to buy a second bike.

Once bitten - Twice Shy !!
I will not make the mistake again!!
Unfortunately - The Trust in this company is now below Zero!!

The Gears on the bike I bought did not work correctly and DID NOT run freely..
In fact...
You could not move the gears at all..!!

I contacted Firecloud Cyles to raise the issue.

But I was then Fobbed off with a response from (Richard) owner of this Company
"It is because they need set up correctly and also stiff because there new!!"

The bike was set up correctly and still did not work as it should!!!!
Gears on bikes should shift smoothly and run freely...!!!

Inside of wheel - Metal Shard Protruding!!!!
The bike was not fit for purpose!!!!!!!
Considering it is a children's bike..!!!!!

A Brand New Bike!!!!

Potentially dangerous goods and putting your children at risk by buying inferior cheap and nasty products !!!

Unchecked bikes - NO quality checks on bikes being sent out to customers prior to sending out !!

Luckily my child was unable to ride the bike as the tyre was punctured & flat,
This was caused by the metal shard inside the wheel! Upon investigation of the wheel - luckily this was discovered!!!

But this could have ended badly had my child took this out on the road..

It Does not bare thinking about worst case scenario as a parent!!!!

Now it would be a very different matter for the company to answer too should any child be hurt or injured or worse, due to there negligence in order to make quick money from trusting customers!!!!

No customer care !!!

No consideration for the safety of customers children!!!!

Trading standards will be knocking at your door firecloud cycles!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's only a matter of time till someone is going to get hurt by riding these bikes from firecloud cycles!!

Please do not buy cheap and nasty unchecked products !!!

In my opinion It is certainly worth paying that bit more for a quality bike that is fully checked over and built by a fully qualified bike technician with reputable companies. Preferably in a store near you.
Instead of buying online.

Your children's lives and safety are number 1 priority !!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately - This Company does not even deserve 1 star at all !!!!

I’m surprised to see I’m the first to review this company on Trustpilot. As there were no reviews on here, good or bad, and PayPal was an accepted form of payment, I ordered a Spider-Man saddle for grandsons bike. The price was best I could find, plus free delivery! I placed my order Friday and saddle arrived Tuesday. The saddle is very nice, my grandson is delighted with it.
