I find it extraordinary that a platform exists that allows someone interested in earning interest in fiat currency to connect with someone who wants to lend fiat using Bitcoin as collateral, each with their own interest rate/loan expectations. The best part is that you don't entrust your funds to a company; you do it directly through a multi-signature contract verifiable in the mempool. Fantastic! What's needed to improve the platform? More people on it, so there's more supply and demand.

Especially when you are a new client and do invest substantial amounts of money, it would be of great help being able to call a hot-line or at least have a chat. The product is very good but there is a major step to take caring on clients.

Excellent platform to borrow money at relatively cheap rates so that I don’t have to sell my bitcoin stack. It’s easy to use, borrowing rates are mkt based - P-P transactions. No financial intermediary, easy, fast and efficient. I’ve used it for two loans in the last month. Money was deposited into my Fiat account within 24 hours after I deposited my bitcoin. Very satisfied!!!
