Received my carbon monoxide unit and it was faulty and phoned up for replacement….. Had to contact them a second time as I was still waiting for the replacement unit (1 week later) as I didn’t hear back or received the unit…

The alarms work when using the test remote, loud enough to be heard around the whole house but I can't rate their detection effectiveness until they're actually needed which I hope they never are.

I tried a number of other websites and most were not a user friendly as Firelink. The Firelink price was good but I did struggle to fully understand the technical spec of the Firelink equipment to compare against other types.

Firelink made it easy to workout what alarm package I needed. In fact we didn’t have carbon monoxide, so it feels safer with these in the house. Easy to setup, link and install. Alarms are good quality.
Highly recommend.

I had “install interlinked alarms” on my list of things to do for months. Way beyond when I should have installed them. It felt like a huge job and I wasn’t confident that it would be easy. Firelink Direct were the first supplier on my Google search when I eventually decided to bite the bullet and get this done. They felt expensive. But it turned out they were the least expensive I could see. Their questionnaire about what I needed was very helpful and they dispatched the same day (it took about a week to get alarms which were delivered to the post office the day after we ordered them). They then sat for a week while I put off the installation. The installation video is great and the whole job took me 20 minutes, for a house with 4 smoke alarms, 1 heat alarm and 2 carbon monoxide alarms. And it only took that long because I had to figure out where to put the alarms. The stickers that came with the alarms are brilliant (I read that some people have found they don’t work especially well but they did for me). Having out this off for months the whole thing turned out to be a 30 minute job thanks to the great design from this supplier.

We order oceans of products and can easily get them next day or up to three days later but nothing should take as long as this no matter where you live.
