Can't understand the disparity across these reviews. I contacted them to confirm a fire stated in stock on the website was actually in stock and got an assurance and 5-7 day promise. Nothing happened, ails ignored but sales team said delivery 2 months. I said I would cancel and they said they would refund. Got back to them following several unanswered messages and was assured the refund would be in my account 2-3 days. Now 6 days on , more unanswered requests. Still waiting.

I ordered an electric fire online on 18th Nov and was told it would take 7-10 working days to deliver. I rang after 7 days for an update and was given short shrift by someone who clearly hadn't got the time for me. That's why I haven't given 5 stars. I rang again yesterday and was told (by a difference sales rep) that the supplier no longer did that fire. I could choose another or get a refund. I said I'd think about what I wanted to do. An hour later the same man called me to say he'd found the fire somewhere and it would be delivered in 2 days. It was delivered today! Much better customer service than the first man gave - thanks very much.

Very good product at a very good price. 42 day wait......

Ordered a gas fire online, advertised as in stock, 2 to 3 days delivery. It wasn't in stock and it was almost 4 months before it was delivered. They did deliver two wrong fires and give me several delivery dates that didn't happen. Difficult to get information, rarely called back when promised. Don't believe in stock claims.

We ordered and paid in full for a fire yesterday.....we then got a call today to say they couldn't possibly sell it for that price and asked for another£50 to secure the order!!! Having looked back at reviews this seems to be a regular occurance of this company....i tried to argue my point that i had already purchased it at that price....£450 but they said if i wanted it still i had to rebuy it on the site at 499! I told them on no account......i would rather pay more through another company than give them my money now! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

Customer service team were extremely polite, courteous and helpful following up my on-line order for a Dimplex fire.

A problem with price from their supplier was quickly sorted AND received a call back within minutes with an update for me. There are not many firms that bother to phone their customers these days so it is a breath of fresh air to experience good old fashioned customer service!

An update ..... received a phone call advising day of delivery by Parcelforce, further delivery updates from Royal Mail providing a 1 hour time slot 😊 item delivered on time, no problems at all.

Very impressed! Ordered by their website on the Monday and the fire arrived by the Friday!!! Emailed to confirm order, courier called me on the Thursday to confirm fire would arrive the following day! Magic love the fire all installed and we are so very happy ready for the winter ! Thank you guys

Just wanted to leave my thoughts for this purchase.
Sam is your man if you need a fire suite!
Very knowledgeable and any information he didn't have he found out. We had a delivery issue due to a supplier delay but Sam did take the time to keep us up to date. The suite came as planned with the Courier calling before arrival. I have now had it installed and the wife is very happy job done!

I rang last week for a fireplace and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful saleswoman. I wasn’t sure what i wanted so she invited me dkwn for a browse at theyr inventory and so i went down the same day and i received the same positive and friendly energy in person. After having patience with me we eventually picked out the right fireplace and i ordered it for delivery and as they said, it arrived within 4 working days and i have now received.
Top business, top people and top quality fireplaces, would recommend.

They have provided a fireplace that is incorrect. They don’t reply to emails, fob you off on the phone, blame suppliers. They have £500 of our money for a fireplace that’s useless to us. Please save yourself a lot of stress, time and money and use another company.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company should be shut down. They too £430 of us then delivered after numerous ignored calls and emails, a different fire. The fire they sent was £50 less on their own site. I rang to get it sorted and got fobbed off by useless ignorant staff who got no interest in sorting my (their customers) issue. They wanted £20 from me to collect the fire they’d wrongly supplied. I rang the company that they use for the supply of the fires and they don’t even stock the one I had paid for. To cap it all they are now selling the fire I originally ordered for £358.00! £72 less than we paid 5 weeks ago!!!!!!! AVOID THESE SCAM MERCHANTS AT ALL COSTS!!

Do not ever use this company. They have robbed my mum of her money and lied constantly. They lied about the lead time and then 5 weeks later a fireplace arrives and it’s wrong. They won’t answer emails and also won’t speak over the phone. They’ve put the phone down on her and lied about calling back!! Then demanding more money for the incorrect one to be collected?!?! It also looks like she’s never going to get her money back either because no one replies to the several emails sent and they won’t speak to you over the phone they say you need to email. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a Nordic log store after seeing it online and fireplaces 4 life stating it was in stock and delivery within 2 to 3 days. 3 days later I receive an email telling me its not due in stock until the middle of October. I was slightly annoyed with this which prompted me to look at reviews of the company. I wish I had done this before I had the displeasure of using them. I sent a few emails asking for updates and querying about my order as the website was still saying the log store was in stock but now at a raised price. After not receiving any communication back, I decided to call them. I was then issued a pathetic half arsed apology only to be told I now owe them more money because they decided to up the price AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PAID!!! After I was gobsmacked with this, they then lied to me to say they had tried to contact me which was completely false and not once did anybody ever try and make contact with me to make me aware of the situation, no phone calls and never responded to any of my emails. They have stated they will refund me in 2 days. If not, I will be taking this further through PayPal. Absolutely disgusting customer service and business practices. Please beware of ordering anything through these clowns. And will be telling everyone I know to never use them.
