Ordered Hayati Promax 15K - payment was fast/secure. If you’re using Super there are some great incentives both for the Merchant and Buyer for further future discounts. Order came through fast and on time. Complimentary 24 RM service is great but what’s even better is that their prices are competitive if not the best. Also message before hand if unsure about stock. I must admit I was hesitant at first looking at some negative reviews. I received quality products that came as described. I will be doing business in the future no doubt! Keep it up ladies/gents 👍🏽

Terrible service, you buy 10 disposable vapes. 3 don't work, and they expect you to know some out of 10 are broken within 2 days of receiving? absolute jokers.

Giving 1 start because i made an order one week ago and still havent received my order. I tried to contact them but they dont answer. Dont buy from this shop! I hope i will take the money back with the help of my bank

Ordered and paid for next day delivery £7.99 last Friday 1130am. Emailed today as items not received and was responded with a generic email stating technical issues so asked for postage money back.

They said to place another order and they will send a free vape to cover the postage, customers should not have to buy more to get money back on a service they have not received that they paid for.

I’ve since asked for a refund as items have not been dispatched but seller responded with order is processing cannot be refunded as it’s been “processed” - absolute rubbish.

BEWARE I’ve given one star because it was the only option. This company is downright selling rubbish. The boxes were all ripped. All 4 had a burnt taste it’s like they’ve been stuck there for years. CON MEN OR WOMEN. ALL THEY SAID TO ME WAS CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER, what the hell 😡
