Mi experiencia ha sido buena en general, hemos navegado varios días partiendo de la base de Boatjump en Mallorca, nuestro barco el Oceanic 40.1 del año 2026, si tuviera que dar un excelente se lo daría a los señores que se encargan de recibirte y de cualquier problema que tenga el barco ( Xisco, César, Lun, Anton y su mecánico), pero no al barco, muy corto se calidad, aunque cuando llegas alucinas al verlo pero con problemas de fabrica absurdos, a la hora de navegación volvemos a puerto porque la mayor no se puede izar si un tripulante no se va al mástil para dirigir el cabo enrollador de la mayor para que este vaya por eje giratorio y no se salga, al siguiente día vamos a utilizar el dinghy y no funciona, mala suerte una tormenta de agua hace que la placa se moje ( puede pasar) aunque es otro contratiempo al siguiente día estos señores a primera hora ya me manda a un puerto y a las 9 de la mañana todo solucionado de diez, por fin varios días sin problema hasta que tenemos que cambiar el tanque de agua y no va, solo queda un día y ya nos habíamos cómo podemos, no tiene la culpa nadie, se ha roto la válvula que abre un tanque y cierra otro, solo que la calidad del barco no tiene nada que ver con la de hace 20 años, material de plástico que volverá a romperse no muy tarde, problemas con la corredera que no es importante y si hay algo más no tiene importancia, si lo tuvieron los dos primeros días porque perdimos horas de navegación que que con lo que cuesta un barco te duelen, también el último día tuvimos mala suerte y con el cabo de la Génova rompimos una escotilla pequeña de proa, ya la hemos pagado y soy consciente de que no ha sido un cargo excesivo y que se ha tenido en cuenta los problemas durante la navegación, a pesar de todo volvería a navegar el año que viene con Boatjump, si lo haría sin duda , el personal que te acoge es cercano y hace que estés más tranquilo ante un problema, ya que el trato humano desde el momento que contacte con la empresa ha sido excelente (Álvaro agente telefónico), supongo que son problemas de un barco nuevo que se irán corrigiendo poco a poco, otro año preferiré que el barco tenga más rodamiento que seguro ya no pasarán estos contratiempos, pero como digo el valor real de esta empresa es su personal, hasta el año que viene, buena proa.

We have charted yatchs for years and never have we ever had such amazing service, we were welcomed on site, the handover and briefing was very very comprehensive, they refill back in the marina so no need to queue on the last day for refuelling, such a breath of fresh air, the whole process was about making it easy and enjoyable. The boat was in excellent condition and there was a bottle of fizz chilling upon arrival! Awesome, thank you from Titzi 👏

Our vacation with First-Class-Sailing in Mallorca was truly exceptional. The boat was meticulously maintained—every system worked flawlessly, and it was clear the vessel had been cared for with real pride. When we experienced a minor toilet clog, their team responded immediately and sent a technician directly to our location. The issue was fixed quickly and professionally, giving us great peace of mind.

The marina staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly well organized. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and absolutely flawless. Their professionalism set the tone for a fantastic week on the water.

Dirk, our skipper, was OUTSTANDING! Not only did he know the local waters intimately and take us to spectacular coves, beaches, and hidden spots, but he also made the experience deeply personal. We spent wonderful time together—sharing stories, exchanging life experiences, and enjoying genuine conversations that added a meaningful human touch to the trip. He truly made our stay memorable.

This was a first‑class sailing vacation in every sense, and we can’t wait to return.

Wir hatten vom 4.7. bis 11.7.26 in Veruda gechartert, reibungslose Bootsübergabe und -rückgabe durch sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Unsere Whisky, Dufour 43, wurde uns sehr sauber und in technisch einwandfreiem Zustand übergeben. Selbst die Matratzen in den Kabinen waren bereits mit Bettlaken bezogen, alles perfekt, bitte weiter so!

It was great! Very warm welcome by a friendly and competent staff in Palma de Mallorca. The boat was in exelent condition, everything worked very well. Even the Check out worked perfectly.
