Horrible customer service.
This is what they sent me via email because I cancelled my last order even though I paid a deposit and yet they debated I did.
“ Hi Chloe,
I'm afraid we can't help you at this time. We are fully booked up until next Wednesday and to be honest you have wasted our time once before and then argued with us about your deposit for the order that we made you and then you cancelled. We just haven't got the time, sorry.”
Just be careful if you put an order in.

Chloe placed an order for a personalised item and paid a non-refundable deposit of £30 deposit to begin production. She later chose to cancel the order, and as the item was bespoke, it was disposed of after cancellation. A few months later, she placed the same order again but declined to pay a new deposit, stating that she had already paid one previously. As the original deposit related to the cancelled order and covered work already undertaken, a new deposit was required for the new order. Chloe also requested that the new order be made the same day, but unfortunately this was not possible due to our existing workload and production schedule. Despite our attempts to explain both our deposit policy and production timescales, the discussion became increasingly argumentative, and we were unable to reach an agreement.
This was very great service for some students, even if you've passed and still didn't get qualifications. Use this service to get qualifications.
