The money that we raise through training and event cover is reinvested back into our ambulances and crews. In the last complete financial year (2017/8) we contributed to the provision of: • a fully equipped rapid response vehicle • a paramedic • an ambulance care assistant • a call handler in our operations centre, and • a dispatch officer in our operations centre. AED and CPR training session

At Holy Trinity with St. Mark Church,Stockton, we took up NEAS offer for the free training session for CPR and AED use.This was held on the 22/09/22.
Alex Mason was our trainer. She was excellent. She was approachable, engaging and answered all the groups questions and made us feel relaxed.We feel more confident now if we have to use the AED and perform CPR.

Very good presentation

Very good presentation, the teacher kept us engaged in the subject matter and had a approachable manner to which many questions were asked and answered. He also kept the presentation light and amusing in the right places.

Great course.

Great 3 day first aid course at Team Valley, all aspects explained in an easy to understand format. Tony the tutor was friendly and knowledgeable.

The workshop was really interesting

The workshop was really interesting. We learned a lot about first aid in different area. we practically applied some activities like CPR.I am really happy from this workshop and the trainer was really professional and helpful.

Our trainer Andy was fantastic

Our trainer Andy was fantastic. Really engaging and he made sure we all practised. I'm very sorry that our organisation didn't book any refreshments for him / us, as he was leading all day and didn't even get a free cup of tea from the Uni, how abysmal!

Really enjoyed the course

Really enjoyed the course and felt like I got a lot out of it. I attended a one day course on Emergency First Aid at Work. It was clear the instructor, Malcolm, was very knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail, using the slides and videos only to supplement what he was saying. He was very engaging and delivered the course with the right balance of light-heartedness and seriousness. I also really liked that he explained/emphasised the importance of teamwork and just doing your best in a situation that requires first aid.
I couldn't recommend him/the course enough.

One day emergency first aid course

Earlier this week I attended my first ever Emergency first aid course at the training centre at The Team Valley. The trainer was paramedic Malcom Leech. He was fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable and also very pleasant and witty. Great course. Would highly recommend.

I found the course extremely informative and useful.

Informative

Informative, relaxed and friendly training received at our dental practice. Refreshing experience compared to other providers in the past. We will definitely using them for future CPR and BLS training.

Great experience

By far, the best training I have ever been. Tony and Andy have amazing delivery skills and were able to create a friendly atmosphere where we felt comfortable asking questions. The subjects that we tackled were properly explained, good resources and the classroom was nice and cozy. Strongly recommend this training!

First Aid at Work Level 3 excellent tutors

The tutors were professional. They demonstrated and taught us how to perform First Aid professionally in those three days for the course of First Aid at Work level e I would recommend NEAS NHS
