Great experience

The team is very professional. Love that they stay consistent with driver assignment.

We booked a bus to take 45 13-14 year olds home from a party. The trip was about an hour at 11PM. As one would expect, the kids were pretty rowdy and having fun. Understandably, the bus driver became frustrated and concerned about the safety of her driving and the kids. However, she went completely overboard pulling over on the side of the road for 10 minutes to admonish the kids. When they arrived at the destination, she would not allow the kids off the bus until she berated their parents for the kids behavior. While we appreciate this was a stressful situation for the driver, there were certainly more professional ways to handle it. I would suggest hiring drivers for such trips who can better handle a group of rowdy, but innocent teens.

THE BUS NEVER CAME WHAT A SCAM GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Our bus arrived on time, actually a bit early, which is good.
Driver Dan was polite and courteous.
Also Driver Dan was punctual at the 5pm pick-up time.
School buses are bumpy rides. I advised all of the riders to bring a pillow if they needed back support.

The driver was great and got everyone to where they needed to be for my wedding! Company is super easy to work with and affordable if you need transportation for an event!

Overall it was good except one main thing, I ask for a wheelchair bus and didn’t receive the bus. It’s clearly stated at the top of my contract but didn’t show up.

Paid the bus in full, had signed contract and confirmed the bus the morning of the Wedding.

Wedding was over and no bus arrived. We called and they said we didn't have contract.... Anyway, finally they sent another bus at 1 a.m. 2 hours late, to pick up the wedding party who had no way to get home other than this bus.

Everything went very smooth. The bus was on time with the friendliest driver! Made for an awesome birthday party!

Great experience, and way more reasonable in price than a party/charter bus. Defiantly will use them again.

Our bus was amazing. Our driver was patient and kind when our group was running way behind schedule.

Ellen picked our wedding crew up at Mount Tremper right on time and brought us safely to Woodstock . She picked us up at the other end and delivered us safely back🤗 she was pleasant and courteous! It’s a tough ride in the mountains with curvy roads. She handled it with aplomb.
