For our two day event
For our two day event, we had three buses (two for Oct 2, one on Oct 3 doing a shuttle). All were 'bang' on time; drivers friendly and helpful. The price for your service was quite reasonable and we won't hesitate to rely on you in future.

Great Service on a complex multi-bus charter with several different pick-up and drop-off points

affordable but the pick up time was not super reliable
the service was good an affordable to get our guests to and from the venue, however, upon departure to the venue the bus arrived late even after calling the company to confirm that the bus would arrive 10-15 minutes early. we had some guests drive themselves because they were worried about missing the ceremony if it didn’t end up showing up.. all of this added some stress to our day as they did not call the our point person to inform them of the delay (even though their number was provided and confirmed over the phone days prior) and therefore our point person reached out to us which pulled us away from our wedding photos and added unresolved stress for us until we received confirmation of the drivers arrival..

Allister was our driver for both early mornings of the Iroquoia Bruce Trail E2E hike. He arrived at the pick up on time and was a pleasure. All our hikers arrived safe and in good time to start their hikes. It's possibly the most stressful part of the day "will the bus show up" and it's so much easier on the organizer when the bus is there, as planned, with a very friendly and professional driver. The booking process was also very easy Ronnie was my contact and was excellent as well at answering all questions, estimation process was great, communication was spot on and no issues. Thanks everyone at First Student!

Wedding Shuttle Service
We recently hired First Charter for our transportation for our wedding. They were all extremely lovely people and very quick to respond to emails and questions. The day of bus driver was hilarious and overall a wonderful person.

Our bus driver, Trish, was on time and courteous. Bus was clean. Overall a great experience and will book again.

Only 3 of 5 buses showed up on time
Only 3 of 5 buses showed up on time. The 4th came a bit late (20 minutes or so) but 5th was very late. I also got no phone call regarding late drivers despite supplying phone numbers.
