Andrea our bus driver was great! The traffic going to Boston was really slow but Andrea handled it very professionally.

The bus was spotless, and the driver was both professional and friendly. I would have given 5 stars, but the bus arrived 15 minutes late. I understand delays happen, but it was quite stressful. A quick call to inform me would have made a big difference. That said, the driver was very apologetic, which I appreciated.

The bus was on schedule. That being said, I personally didn’t take the bus to the venue, but I heard from many guests who did. They are quoted as saying “it was a little crazy, we scraped a lot of trees” the driver also seemed confused on where to be while waiting. I don’t want to rip on the driver, everyone has bad days at work, or gets confused if it’s their first time somewhere. I heard no complaints about the bus driver being rude or snarky. The ride home went much smoother as reported by the same guests who took the bus there. All the passengers arrived in one piece and on time, so my service requests were met. 👍🏻

From start to finish this company was great to work with. I kept having times and places change for drop off and pick up and they were always so accommodating.

We used the Belmont NH bus group on July 23. The driver was extremely pleasant and professional. I also had interactions with the office prior to the event and they were very helpful!

This company was very easy to work with and was able to safely (and efficiently) provide my wedding guests a ride to and from my wedding. I was able to schedule 3 stops and 2 return trips for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Our first shuttle bus didn’t show up at our wedding at all causing all attendees to have to drive - we tried calling, no answer! This issue pushed back our wedding time by about a half hour and because of the confusion, folks didn’t stay late. causing our entire reception to end early. Skip this bus company entirely. It was a big letdown after having to push our wedding during COVID.

We used this service for buses to bring our wedding guests from the venue back to the hotels. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is one of two buses was 3 minutes late so we filled the first bus and did not use the second for the last run. Overall, great service though!

The bus driver got stuck in one of the farming fields while turning around. We were able to pull him out with the tractor. Upon recommending where he could back up to avoid getting stuck he went into a rage yelling at the brides dad “do you want to drive this bus or do you want me to do it”. After moving some cars to give him room to back up safely he almost hit one of our guests and his car. I was sincerely concerned for our guests well being and was not impressed with this service given. The price point was okay but the service provided was unsafe and unprofessional.

Firstly, I had extreme difficulty getting anyone on the phone to make the reservation in the first place. I called for about 2 weeks before I finally talked to someone. When placing the order, I had some Airbnb locations for which I did not have the addresses. I told the person taking the order that I would call back and give the order when I got them. Tried to call every day for several days without any response. By the time I got a response, I was within their 5 day window of the trip and was charged a change fee. Then, after confirming the changes with the national and local branches the driver still did not have the updated information and did not want to stop at the updated addresses. Only reason I didnt give 1 star is because they were on time.
