We used First Charter for our Wedding and they were amazing! The simplicity of renting a bus through them showing up early and being extremely flexible with our schedule made them the easiest vendor to work with through an otherwise stressful process. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to provide transportation for their guests!

Great, friendly service, on time and a lovely bus ride overall. We are thankful for our driver and for the full day we had. We made every appointment and enjoyed all day!

Very Prompt
The only complaint I would have was when we tried to get a hold of someone to confirm and for a question we would get voicemail. They were prompt in picking up our guest and driver was excellent. Would recommend them.

Bus drivers were great, they didn't stick to the timeline given though so that was a bummer at the beginning of the wedding!

Terry was an excellent chauffeur! He was very friendly and organized. He was perfect! My guests loved riding in a school bus too! We highly recommend first charter bus rentals! Thank you!

Wedding shuttle
Got everyone to and from hotels and ceremony to reception site, offered multiple rides for whoever wanted to get changed or leave early. Driver was very courteous and respectful.

Although we had scheduled our bus as a shuttle, the driver did not make the second pick up trip from the hotel to our venue location. He claimed he was unaware, which delayed our wedding 30 minutes. In addition, we had many guests complain that the driver was rude to them and obviously frustrated. We are very disappointed that our guests received this treatment and that we had to adjust our entire wedding day timeline due to this mistake.
