The bus was not on time for pick-up-this of course delayed our scheduled program. I also think its unprofessional to have your child on the bus.

First Charter Bus was an awesome addition to making our wedding day logistics smooth and convenient for our guests! They were timely, affordable, and professional. Would recommend to anyone!

They bailed me out after another company cancelled on me, for my wedding, at the last minute.

They could have charged me more knowing this, they didn’t.

They didn’t have to put in the extra effort to find a bus and a driver in 48 hours, but they did.

I give 1 star for dealing with the actual company for Atlantic charter first student. They over charged me and tried to explain it was because of a location change. I finally got a refund after being referred to the “team lead”. Refused to acknowledge that the late change in the order of the stops (within 5 business days) was reasonable and charged us a late change fee. I had major ankle surgery And was unable to call in the changes more than 5 business days and the company policy allowed those who helped book the charter any discretion what so ever in waiving the late fee. Very disappointing that company management does not allow for any exception regardless of the nature when it comes to late fees.

An amazing job! A few days prior to our trip, Stan made sure all the addresses were correct and times, which I truly appreciated. He was so wonderful and patient the day of our wedding and friendly toward each and every one of our guests. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better driver! Thanks Stan and First Charter for an incredible experience.

You did a horrible job. Your bus company never arrived at the after party for our son's wedding! You left guest who had been drinking stranded and I called all three after hours numbers and no one answered the phone. My husband and I , the grooms parents bad to drive our guest to there hotel at 1:15 am!!!!!!
I will never recommend you and I have told our hotel to take your company off the list of prefer benders.

This was the best opinion to choose for our transportation needs.They we’re prompt, pleasant and efficient.

The driver was polite and everyone arrived safely. However, the driver did get lost and caused my family (parents included) to be late to my wedding and miss cocktail hour. Our photos were delayed which make the schedule go off track. A 20 minute ride turned into 40 minutes. Another wrong turn was made on the way home. Again, I had no problem with the driver I just wish they were better prepared for the route so my family could have enjoyed my entire wedding reception.

We used first student for transportation for our wedding guests and it worked out perfectly. The guests loved having the option of not having to drive to the wedding venue and we did not have to worry about the logistics of anyone. They were professional, prompt and followed the instructions we had given to headquarters to a T. Highly recommend for anyone looking for wedding transportation.

I would give your service a zero star rating. Your company never showed up. We had to go get our guests and car pool to the venue. We have taken up the issue with our credit card company.

The morning of my wedding, there seemed to be confusion as to where to go and what to do, and my fiance explained exactly what was in the contract. Then, at the time of the wedding, my aunt called from the pick up location saying that the bus driver said she was only doing one run even though we had it in the contract that she was doing two. The other driver from another location called and then spoke with that second driver but the second driver ended up delaying our ceremony start time by 20 minutes because of the confusion. A little bummed about that - but otherwise everything was fine.
